We almost gave Rosie back to Best Buy. She kept getting caught in all my cords and running out of juice someplace in the house never making it ‘home’. Once we organized and covered the cords, life with Rosie has been divine!! She cleans WAY better than I thought! Gets even the finest dust AND she finds her home! If she can’t quite finish her job, she goes home, charged up and goes back out to finish. Super EZ to clean her too.

I love this product! Cleans in a breeze. Even cleans up per hair without getting clogged.

It works great!! It’s programmed to run everyday and I hardly have to get the big vacuum out!

I original purchased the Roomba 860 it had plenty of suction it just did not navigate very well. It was more a random pattern. This 960 is just what I wanted, it is VERY smart. It navigates effortlessly getting all spots. It picks up very well, surprisingly well! It does use more battery when vacuuming carpet. It's no problem because it will go back and charge then finish the job exactly where it left off. If I had high pile carpet I would opt for the 980. I don't know how I lived without one of these!

Works great, and keeps you on your toes to ensure dog toys are put away. Hard working machine with few problems.

After much research, I purchased this as a gift for my sister whose health makes it difficult for her to vacuum her house. She lives quite a distance away so I personally haven’t seen this in action, but she is very pleased with it and the good job it does. The only issue I have is that when the gift was delivered, the box was significantly damaged with rips and holes. The Roomba was not damaged but either Best Buy or UPS damaged the box.

Easy to set up and use. Does a good job at cleaning our hardwoods and carpeted floors.

My first romba and it won't be my last. It really cleans my wood and carpet floors and never disappoints me. Love it.

We tried a lower model Roomba first but it had a lot of problems getting from the wood floors to the thicker pile rugs. We also found it did not remember the layout of the rooms which we thought were important. The 960 was more expensive but it handles the rugs much better and has less problems recharging and continuing the job. It can get stuck in places and we have to rescue it sometimes but it is pretty self reliant most of the time. We decided to keep this one.

very well built vacuum with no problems to date. Very easy to set up with the app on the phone, plug it in and let it go.

Great product but not covering all the area. Cleans both carpet and hardwoods. Gets around the perimeter of every room it goes in

I have four kids and four dogs. This vacuum has been life changing for me. Highly recommend.

When we first got it, it didn’t seem like the greatest. It would go back and forth over the same spots, and would miss clumps of cat fur. But as we used it more, it mapped the house better and started performing great. I would give it at least a week or two to get your house area down for the true first impression. It also plays a very funny tune and declares “Please charge Roomba” when it is dying.

Amazing performance! No need for me to vacuum with this awesome machine in the house!

I was really impressed with how well this cleans and am mesmerized by how well it navigates around my apartment. My apartment is only 800 sq ft so it is able to complete the job with a single charge. I do have to watch it around a couple of rugs that are thin as it sometimes ends up under them and it did get stuck once under my bed but I expected this to occasionally happen when I purchased the vacuum.

Does everything as advertised. Easy to setup. Will definitely recommend this to anyone

I live that this roomba goes in straight lines, but I don’t like how it makes the map.

this is great for everyday cleaning on tile or hardwood. It picks up the dog hair great. Still have to use big vacuum on carpeted areas.
