Nothing beats waking up to clean floors every morning! I could not be more thrilled with the iRobot Roomba 960!

I live the Roomba vacuum. It’s very thorough and does a great job. Just have to empty the bin and clean it.

We purchased this vacuum 7 months ago and have loved it. The dog fur in the kitchen is never a problem any more, though two golden retrievers generate enough fur that the bin in the vacuum needs to be changed daily. Regardless, it's much easier to do that than haul out the vacuum and vacuum by hand nearly daily. Unfortunately, the contacts between the vacuum and base failed and got corroded, rendering the vacuum unable to charge. Attempts to simply clean the contacts in hopes that the problem was dirt were unsuccessful. Further inspection showed there is actually corrosion happening. Once the corrosion was scraped off, the vacuum was able to charge again. The vacuum is not stored or operated in a particularly wet area, though there may be rare drips and drops in a kitchen. This is unacceptable to have corrosion within 7 months in a piece of equipment that should last years. I have contacted customer support in hopes that replacement contacts may be purchased, though I'm not holding my breath. Cannot recommend this product if it fails in the first 7 months unless customer support comes through.

I live that this roomba goes in straight lines, but I don’t like how it makes the map.

I like the fact that I don't have to break my back to keep the house clean. This does a decent job.

This roomba picks up plenty, the app works great, and is easy to set up and use. Only complaints are the bin is a bit small, though I have two large dogs so it fills quickly, and it has to charge itself 1-2 times to complete a job (~1200 sqft). I don't mind this because it means as the day goes on, high traffic areas are picked up multiple times, but it does run for a large portion of the day. It has gotten stuck a couple times, but overall, its very noticeable the improvement to the cleanliness of my homes floors.

Love having the Roomba. Picks up a lot of daily dust and cat hair. Gets stuck a lot, but more than worth it.

Love all the features of this device! Does a great job vacuuming my home and is quiet enough to watch TV while it is running.

We had an earlier model; and this one is much more efficient. Easier to clean and maintain.

Its weird because it vacuums so randomly but does pick up quite a bit of pet hair and dust.

Mapped the house and roomba does it twice a week. Progress shows on my phone. Great purchase.

Does its job cleans under beds under tables love it I never vacuum anymore and people compliment how clean my house is

I am totally amazed at how well this product performs. We have carpet and tile and it does a super job on both.

This product is really helping with my wife's mental health, she named it Gordan Gordan after Gordon Ramsey and the therapist from Bones. The mapping feature is really fascinating, and the push notifications are really cool informing you when you need to dump out the bin. The app really works, and you can control when you want it to run. Definitely one of the best Black Friday deals I've purchased.

Have had it now for two years and it is still doing a great job picking up dust and dog hair!

I love this product! We have two dogs who are constantly shedding. This product works better than I had imagined.

We have had this vacuum for a while. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is it does not do so well on our tile floors. We rely on it for carpet, but if you would like to buy it just for tile, I wouldn't recommend it. It does work well for an everyday job, but we have several pets and still need to vacuum some areas with our traditional upright vacuum once a week. I like the fresh vacuumed look, so it is worth the purchase for me.
