I purchased this as I had surgery and could not push a vacuum for 8 weeks. It does nicely on a daily basis of keeping the big dust bunnies from six animals down. Still need to do the deep cleaning with regular vacuum. It would be nice if the dust bin was designed better so it can be cleaned out without having to pull all the fur out by hand. It’s cleaning patterns are a bit weird. And it’s not that the bot is running into things. Still-a good tool.

The 960 series allows me to do other things while it cleans. It is like having a built in maid.

I would definitely recommend his item. I’ve had it for a couple of months and it’s so easy to use. I have it vacuum every day. I have a dog that sheds a lot and it’s so nice to have a house that is just about dog hair free. As long as you follow the cleaning instructions (which are very easy to follow through the app) it runs perfectly. Occasionally it gets stuck under the couch, but other than that I get time back in my day and it’s easy to have a clean house.

Very surprised. Expected the Roomba would not live up to its description. Cleans the floors very well.. the only problem is that one out of three times it doesn’t find its way back to the charger.. Not a big deal to me given the cleaning it performs. So happy with th performance that I bought another for our 3D floor,

We have 2 long haired cats and 2 large dogs with hard wood floor and lots of rugs. It seemed that this Unit struggled to find its home base when battery was low and never could finish a cycle and return home. We ended up exchanging for the 980 model and are very happy with that one. This one just wasn’t rugged enough for our needs. This model maybe fine for a different environment.
