Customer Ratings & Reviews

This product is really helping with my wife's mental health, she named it Gordan Gordan after Gordon Ramsey and the therapist from Bones. The mapping feature is really fascinating, and the push notifications are really cool informing you when you need to dump out the bin. The app really works, and you can control when you want it to run. Definitely one of the best Black Friday deals I've purchased.

Can't get any better than this. This thing practically cleans my whole floor for me while I sleep. Worth the investment!

I love this thing. It does a great job of keeping both the hardwood floor and carpet clean.

Excellent way to clean your house. I should’ve purchased one of these long time ago.

I would definitely recommend his item. I’ve had it for a couple of months and it’s so easy to use. I have it vacuum every day. I have a dog that sheds a lot and it’s so nice to have a house that is just about dog hair free. As long as you follow the cleaning instructions (which are very easy to follow through the app) it runs perfectly. Occasionally it gets stuck under the couch, but other than that I get time back in my day and it’s easy to have a clean house.

The 960 series allows me to do other things while it cleans. It is like having a built in maid.

Very good vacuum ran a few times and does an awesome job and cleans better than my kenmore canister vacuum.

How great.. I’ll probably never have to vacuum again.... picks up every single thing

Great product for house hold where have pets with hair and dust . Can clean it up every day , we are love it

We had one of the original Roombas and it was pretty good. But this one is an amazing improvement.

Performed better that expected. Made clean up easy and would recommend to all my friends.

Slick design and easy to operate. Continues working when we leave the home. Fun to have around. Pet friendly.

It is peace of mind when it gets working. Does a good job cleaning and picking up debris

Works great! Synced with my Google Home and my home has never been cleaner! Should have bought one sooner!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my IRobot Roomba 960! It is wonderful to start it and have my rooms cleaned.

Does exactly what it claims to do. Really good on both hard surfaces and carpets.

Very surprised. Expected the Roomba would not live up to its description. Cleans the floors very well.. the only problem is that one out of three times it doesn’t find its way back to the charger.. Not a big deal to me given the cleaning it performs. So happy with th performance that I bought another for our 3D floor,

We have 2 long haired cats and 2 large dogs with hard wood floor and lots of rugs. It seemed that this Unit struggled to find its home base when battery was low and never could finish a cycle and return home. We ended up exchanging for the 980 model and are very happy with that one. This one just wasn’t rugged enough for our needs. This model maybe fine for a different environment.

Glad I purchased it. The only thing that can be sometimes annoying is having to move things around

Keeps house clean and the floors are so much cleaner with the help of this vacuum Would buy it again
