We have 2 long haired cats and 2 large dogs with hard wood floor and lots of rugs. It seemed that this Unit struggled to find its home base when battery was low and never could finish a cycle and return home. We ended up exchanging for the 980 model and are very happy with that one. This one just wasn’t rugged enough for our needs. This model maybe fine for a different environment.

Very surprised. Expected the Roomba would not live up to its description. Cleans the floors very well.. the only problem is that one out of three times it doesn’t find its way back to the charger.. Not a big deal to me given the cleaning it performs. So happy with th performance that I bought another for our 3D floor,

I upgraded from a cheaper robotic vacuum. I am very happy with this workhorse. I have all hardwood floors and rumba cleans with ease. I find it to be quiet, with strong suction, overall it does a good job. My favorite part of this rumba is the ease of cleaning the brushes. I empty the bin daily, quickly wipe down the surface and insides. The rubber brushes pop out quickly and easily to clean.

My only regret about the Roomba is that I didn't have it sooner. It is unbelievable how much it cleans and does it all by itself. I call mine Robie and consider it not a luxury but a necessity. The 960 is Wi-Fi controllable and can do large areas or wherever you need a "pick up". Also there is a really useful addition do that you can have your Roomba avoid areas you don't want it to go to. I love it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Does a great job transitioning from hardwood to carpet. Not to noisy!! Very happy with it.
