We have 2 long haired cats and 2 large dogs with hard wood floor and lots of rugs. It seemed that this Unit struggled to find its home base when battery was low and never could finish a cycle and return home. We ended up exchanging for the 980 model and are very happy with that one. This one just wasn’t rugged enough for our needs. This model maybe fine for a different environment.

This vacuum does a wonderful job. It is so easy to control through Alexa or your phone.

I bought the lower level Roomba and it just didn’t do the job. This one does.

Very surprised. Expected the Roomba would not live up to its description. Cleans the floors very well.. the only problem is that one out of three times it doesn’t find its way back to the charger.. Not a big deal to me given the cleaning it performs. So happy with th performance that I bought another for our 3D floor,

Bought this Roomba to replace an older model that broke and it works even better than the first one.

My only regret about the Roomba is that I didn't have it sooner. It is unbelievable how much it cleans and does it all by itself. I call mine Robie and consider it not a luxury but a necessity. The 960 is Wi-Fi controllable and can do large areas or wherever you need a "pick up". Also there is a really useful addition do that you can have your Roomba avoid areas you don't want it to go to. I love it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I originally purchased the i5, but returned it after the mixed reviews I read. Lots of reviews said the cleanup performance wasnt as great on the new irobots as the old so I snatched this one up right as irobot stopped making it- so glad I did. I'm all for technology, but at the end of the day, I need this device to VACUUM, and that it does! Very, very well!

I work roughly 10+ hour days and have 4 dogs at home with tile floors...this makes my life so much easier

Smarter than I think, I cover al areas possible and leaves very clean. I Love It!

After training the vacumn and learning how to schedule with the APP, the vacuum became a pleasure.

Had an older 6xx that we used for about 5 years or so that worked great. It needed new tires and battery so instead of doing that decided to get a newer one. Deciding between the 675 and 960, decided to go with the 960 even though it was a couple hundred more. All I have to say it this one is greater than the great one we previously had. The navigation it uses is so much better than the 6xx family. Plus using the app is cool.

Much quieter than earlier models. Great deal during black friday. Would buy again.

It works well and has made daily vacuuming a lot easier.

My parents really like the ease of use and does a great job. Would not have nothing but a roomba!!
