I owned a previous number I was never to happy with but This one is great so far and easier to clean

I had a Neato vacuum for several years that finally died. I tried a new Neato, but it kept getting stuck. Next, I tried the Samsung version and it didn't get stuck as much, but I couldn't program which days that it would run, even though I had the fancy Internet connected version. I finally tried the Roomba and have been happy with it. The dirt bin is relatively small, which isn't a problem for me, but might be for a large house with pets.

Worth every penny. Wish I bought it sooner! Works great on dog hair.

Costly but it works awesome. Very happy with its overall performance.

Compared to Naeto, the iRobot gets into tighter spaces because it has better maneuverability. This means much less intervention when it gets stuck. It is much quieter than Neato. But it picks up 1/4 the dirt if that. If you will be using a regular vacuum cleaner often as well then the iRobot is fine. But for cleaning that is much closer to a real vacuum go with the Neato.

This is a great household helper. It cleans the floor really well.

While it does do a good job out of the box, you will have to empty the dust bin on it a number times for the first few runs. It can go places that rarely get vacuumed. However, after a week of daily scheduled runnings, you will realize your floors are staying at a level of cleanliness that few of us have the time to achive. That is when you will think... 'that is a great little machine'. We will be buying another for the down stairs.

We have 2 pets and Roomba helps keeping are home clean. Excelent product!

This irobot works great but still gets stuck a lot between furniture and small rugs.

I had an older model Roomba that I liked. The 960 is much improved. It tracks in straight lines and clean a whole room at a time. It is a lot softer bumping into things. The motor is quieter and more powerful. The only thing that I wish I had gotten is the mapping that allows me to tell the Roomba to go to a certain room to clean. But maybe next time.

The 960 Roomba is the best appliance I have ever bought. It’s vacuum is powerful enough to do the job. Its design means one doesn't have to move furniture to clean. And the automatic features that connect wirelessly with your phone are almost flawless. I vacuum once a day with it, and it can covers most of my 1,000 sq ft apartment easily. (i do our bedrooms separately for family Reasons).

I've only had the Roomba about a week and it's great so far, but need more time to truly know.

Straight to the point .. Sometime it goes back to charge it’s self Sometimes it doesn’t Sometime it stops in the middle of the area because it’s full or it’s battery needs recharging . It get full pretty quick But the features on it are good Wifi/ App And it transitions from rug to hard wood floor great .

smart features and easy to maintain makes for a simple way to manage a home

I purchased an early generation roomba about 10 years ago and returned it after it dropped dirt/dust on the edge of our rug. This unit handles the transition from hardwood to rug just fine and easily finds all open spaces around furniture and in all rooms on our main floor. It picks up almost everything it runs over including a 6 inch USB cable that was gobbled up and then caused it to stop. I removed the cable and it worked right away.

Really great vaccum. High tech with smart phone capabilities of programming.

This has saved us an enormous amount of time. With school, work and all of our activities, my girlfriend and I are finding ways to save us time. Roomba definitely saves time. Missed spots here and there or just doesn't quite suck everything up, but the beauty of it all is this thing can go all day long. Even if it doesn't finish the job before it runs out of power, it will recharge and pick up where it left off.

It does very well its job, happy with it. Good suction, easy to clean.
