Customer Ratings & Reviews

This thing is absolutely junk. We have hardwood and tile throughout our house and it constantly has to be reset so that it will work. It will literally pull out of the dock and spin in circles or make about a 3 foot circle. Tried cleaning every sensor and wipe the entire thing down. It can't even find the docking station some days. Tried for several months to make sure we did everything correct but to no avail. This of course made us miss the return period. If anyone in your house has long hair you might as well save your money.

Im really disappointed with this product i have had it replaced already once and it still bangs into the furniture and gets stuck when theres nothing to get stuck on . It was not a good purchase at all

Although I do love the roomba, it is sometimes temperamental when it comes to emptying into the rubbish bin.

Really amazing on carpet to wood floor transition.

Truly a step up from the antiquated I6 it replaced. This one both vacuums and mops the entire house in 2.5 hours where as the I6 was over 7 hours and it just vacuumed. It doesn't get stuck and is smart about avoiding most items. Got this on sale ($800) and at that price point it's a good value. Depending on your square footage your mileage may vary, but this thing is REALLY good!

I love the idea of this machine, but in all actuality it’s not able to do either job well. Our S9+ could handle the floor in one run. This thing takes 6 trips back and forth to the base. Even if I vacuum the floor by hand before starting it. And it has errors on top of errors on top of errors. The mop is streaky at best and doesn’t do a good job at all.

Horrible product , got stuck all the time, wouldn’t find home base, left behind debris on the floor after multiple passes.

good roomba mop combo love how it cleans the floors

Great. It cleans amazingly and not a single ounce of dog hair or dirt or dust.

Makes cleaning much easier, still have to do some areas by hand

Cleans and easy to operate and more silent than earlier products

Works great picking up pretty hair from carpet. Does good mopping and distinguishing carpet and hard floors. Easy to use app.

This thing will do a decent job, but there are a lot of issues, maybe due in part of vacuuming dog hair. I'm finding that i have to clean out the bin that is on the robot itself. The canister located on base il only has dust, no dog hair. The mopping part does ok. But again same issue.

Very useful, little maintenance, and leaves the house clean!

I had bought a roomba like 3 years ago and it not do a good job on picking up simple crumbs so I returned it. I thought since it’s been a couple years the product had improve so I bought it again and it did not wet my needs. Mapping was horrible even thought I did it multiple times as well as missing multiple spots.

High quality, after sweep and mop is very clear. Used several times not too noisy.

Worse robot ever! Stopped working about a month using, but irobot said its normal wear and tear, so had to buy another wheel, and then the other wheel a little after, then a lot of other stuff... So its made to last less than 1 month, also even when it works it does not work good! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Much better than the i7 it replaced. Ours floors have never been cleaner.

Works well except It advertising avoids per waste. This morning it didn't. Needs to improve detection of obstacles

So far so good! Love it! Does exactly what it needs to do!
