good mount, very comfortable, mounts well to the desk and holds the monitor, the only problem I encountered was that the bolts did not screw into the monitor.

My desk space is rather limited by my ceiling to the point that with the included stands my screens can't sit more than about halfway back on my desk. I picked this up and... well I had to drill a hole to put the clamp through. But it works! I got a bunch of desk space back and the stand holds the screen it's on just barely off the desk without much sag. I could probably tighten it further to reduce the sag, but I don't really need to. I accidentally ignored the built it cable management when I put it in, but it was pretty easy to remove and install the pieces for it and I could probably do it any time I'm feeling productive. Overall, is a pretty good product. Holds my Dell g2724d 27-inch screen just fine.

This arm mount blew me away! It's incredibly easy to install and adjust, even for someone who's not super handy. Very solid monitor mount, good qualtiy and easy to install

I purchased this to hold the AW3418DW, which is a curved ultra wide monitor that is < 20lbs without the included stand. This monitor arm will not hold the monitor level, top to bottom. The top edge of the monitor leans over and no amount of tightening/manipulating will get it to hold level. Check out the photo and you can see how bad this thing is. I guess assembly is fine but it's kind of a PITA to go through all this just to have to box it back up.

It's a cleanly designed monitor arm with what feels like decent build quality for the price. It is not built all the way of metal or alloy, there are plastic bits all around as part of the arm assembly, as well as the part hiding the gas strut holding the upper arm in place. It's decently adjustable too for the required force to hold items in place though the system is rather vague, and lacks feedback in whether it's properly tightened or not. Even worse, while the mounting was simple, ensuring a proper hold of the monitor angle simply wasn't. My monitor of choice is grazing its maximum weight limit, and while it will hold it in place, it took an extraordinary level of force to tighten the retention bolt that I was worried that I was going to break it. With that said, thankfully it held together and has become a good alternative to the monitor stand, that experience is one I do not wish to replicate in the future with this product. And for that my rating stands as-is. I would only recommend this arm to those that have monitors a fair bit below the weight limit. You might struggle more than you need to with this arm to get it to do what you would want it to do.

The monitor Arm is fairly stable. Monitor Arm was somewhat difficult to assemble. Price is reasonably competitive, but cheaper comparable options exist.

Arm does the job, but it's not the best. The arm structure on mine leans to the side carrying the monitor as if the monitor was too heavy but mine is 15 lbs which is well within the arm's threshold. Also noticed the small screws at the base of the arms seem to be very poor quality for a $60 product. I picked it up because I was in desperate need of an arm but will likely order one from Amazon and return this one. It works. it's just kinda finicky and expensive comprared to others I've had.

For being the only monitor arm in town its a good buy. Tilting the screen feels a bit loose. Can be hard to set it at the angle you're initially going for but it will get there. I like it. If I wasn't wanting one that day and decided to have more patience i would buy one off of amazon with cable management that flows through the base plate and also has a usb on the base as well.

Great for my BenQ 32in monitor. The arms are adjustible and takes the weight well and provides adequate space for my small desk.

Great monitor arm for a great price. Assembly takes minutes and it's pretty easy to adjust height and viewing angles.

3 stars because one of the cable covers on my device was faulty and the tabs that hold it in snapped off. J5 acknowledged their fault and offered to ship a replacement but they would only send a whole new unit, not another copy of the singular defective part. They were nice enough in our engagement, but if you're worried about getting good support from j5 I don't blame you. Here's a short excerpt from our conversation: Me: Will you reimburse me for that shipping cost? This replacement process doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I only need a small plastic part- it can't weigh more than a couple of ounces. Surely the easiest resolution here is to just ship me the one part I need. I'm sure you're just following a set procedure and trying to provide good customer service, but is there someone you could escalate this request to who might be able to make an exception for me? I'm sure they would agree that having me disassemble the monitor stand, package it up, drive it to a mailing facility, and send it off (which will take me an hour of time and ~$15) in order for you all to then spend $15 send me back a nearly identical piece of equipment is ridiculous. Sending me a replacement cable cover for a fraction of the material cost and a fraction of the shipping cost is clearly a better alternative. j5 support: I was explicitly told from higher ups that we'd have to exchange the whole unit. Unfortunately, the exchange has to be for the whole unit. If shipping cost and time is an issue I may recommend trying to see if the retailer you purchased from may be able to swap out that part. Sorry for the inconvenience of this situation. Kind of a bummer. Oh well.
