The Jabra Elite 65t wireless earbud headphones almost instantaneously changed my mind about true wireless earbuds. They are elegant in both their look and the fact that they are relatively inconspicuous. The sound is impressive and balanced. They go into the opening of your ear canal with changeable soft earpieces that seal out extraneous sounds (though they do have a setting that passes through just enough ambient sound for awareness of your surroundings if you desire). This feature also makes them feel much more secure in your ear than competitors. The Jabra headphones are really easy to sync via Bluetooth to your phone or other music source, and can be used for calls, music (of course) and your favorite digital assistant. The icing on the cake for me is the elegant black capsule for storage and multiple charges. My brief experience has been that they will last at least 4 hours without recharging. Cumulatively, I’ve placed them in the charging case and have not charged the case in over 11 hours. Pretty impressive.

I had mine for 14 months, one of the little pins on the left side broke off so my left earbud will not charge. I am super careful with putting earbuds back, so there was no abuse. I went through their warranty claim only to be told it's out of warranty. A long time Jabra customer, but no more.

The headphones look and feel premium when you first open the box. It includes the charging case with headphones, charging cable and multiple gel eartips. For me they had charge left and when you first open the case they go into pairing mode and connected to my iphone almost instantly. The jabra sound plus app allows you to control a variety of things and has a simple and straightforward interface and very easy to use. The hear through function works pretty well and you can hear everything around you by amplifying the ambient sound. And finally you have custom equalizer settings which are so hard to find even in premium headsets. There is no drop or choppiness in audio with these at all with the bluetooth 5.0 support on these. The controls are physical and not touch which I prefer especially when using them with gloves and avoiding accidental presses. The sound from these is crisp and balanced and they work great when watching movies while traveling with no lag between the video and the audio track, The only issue I felt was missing noise cancellation feature and I hope jabra can add that to the next line. The battery life for me exceeded the advertised 5 hours as I got around 6 hours on a charge. The charging case is smaller than expected and provides around 10 extra charges. For now these seems to be the leader this year in true wireless headphones.

I tend not to save the cases for most of the headphones I've used through the years. This is one case you do NOT want to throw out as you must place the ear buds in the case to recharge them... Extremely easy to sync to setup. Didn't need to read instructions. Audio quality is probably the best I've heard for an ear bud, close to quality of Bose over ear headphones I have. Can use all day w/o needing to recharge, then just return to case and recharge for nite, then good to go for next day. Extremely comfortable to wear, provided you put them in the correct ear. There is a little R and L on each in case you're ever not sure. They won't exactly stay fit if you place in wrong ear. You do hear ambient sound when in ear correctly. If you need something to totally block out sound, use an overear set of headphones instead. You literally only have one control option on the ear bud, press button. Long press turns on Google Assistant on my Android phone whereas short press pauses / restarts current song. Sizewise, the case is about the size of a dollar bill folded in half. Easy to fit in pocket. All around good quality for the price.

This is a nice set of wireless earbuds. I tend to use it as a mono piece most times. Through the work week, I'll pop it in my ear when preparing my coffee in the morning and will leave it in until I'm seated at my desk at work. Up until now, I listened to podcast and audio books in my car as I have a length commute. Using the earbuds though allows me to extend the listening time. For books and calls, using this as a mono is great. It's better than using my other pair of wireless buds that were still tethered together by a cord. For a full soundstage though, these come to life when you put in the second bud. No surprise there. Music sounds clear with just enough bass effect to make you happy. The fit of the buds feels okay. They don't feel confidently secure, but they don't feel like they're just going to fall out either. I did have one bud fall out once when I first started using them but no problem since. If you do the insert and twist like the instructions say, you do feel a bit of pressure in the ear canal. The sound also sounds a bit muffled if they're seated too good in your ear. The app is great for fine tuning the buds, like hear through. There is an equalizer but unless you're an audiophile, there's no presets. If you're audiophile, you're probably not using these anyways. ;) I use the preset options in my iPhone though. My issues: The case is a pain to open. The lid closes tight, that's good. The problem is, in my opinion, there's no tab on the lid to pop it open. I have to dig my nail into the slot to pop it open. Also, when listening to the pair, the music does stop when you take either bud out of your ear. When you listen in mono though, this feature doesn't work. It just keeps playing in the mono bud. It would also be nice if you could listen to either bud as a mono, but currently only the right bud will do this. Because of this, if you're doing mono, you can't adjust the volume on the bud. Volume is on the left earbud. Not so much an issue for me as I can do volume and skipping through my Apple watch without having to dig out the phone. The buttons are also dead center of the buds. When you press them, if feels like you're pushing the buds into your ear. I try to counter this by holding my thumb on the back side of my ear, so it provides some counter force. Overall, I'm happy with the ear buds and would recommend them to anyone. They're great for day-to-day casual activities. I still use my other earbuds that are tethered together for yard work and when cycling as they have a spring clip I attach to my collar, so I minimize the risk of loss. They haven't dropped connection to my phone either, but I tend to stay within a few feet of it, if it's not already in my pocket.

Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless Earbuds My favorite mobile phones have reached billions of units sold and they don’t have headphone jacks. Ugh. But, I still want one. This new Jabra Elite 65t is an opportunity to see if I need to compromise on my sound quality demands if I go wireless. I’m going to jump right in. CONNECTION and SETUP: Out of the nicely designed package, the compact, distinctive Jabra earbuds present a professional appearance. They are as small as anything I’ve seen thus far. There are no wires, no where. The storage/charging case is small . . pill-bottle case small. These earbuds sit in your ears, barely visible, with controls on the external surface. Each earpiece has a multifunction button. The right-side manages pairing, call-answering, rejecting calls, voice assistant (hold 1sec) and HearThrough. The left-side manages volume Up (rear press) Down (front press), skip track (hold 2 sec), or battery status (when nothing is playing, press either volume side). If you pull out the right-side earbud, the earphones mute themselves until you replace it into your ear. I found the Bluetooth connection and the link between earpieces to be easy and fuss free. FEATURES and CONVENIENCE: The earbuds are stored in and recharged in the carry case. The carry case partially recharges the earbuds for 5 hours of play. I’m still testing these play times. There is a charging cable included as are 2 extra pairs of EarGels which swap onto the ear pieces easily. There is a great Jabra App that provides information re:software or firmware updates. There is a manually managed EQUALIZER. You can correct any issues you hear, or just re-equalize music to your liking. You can modify tonal balance in voice calls or turn side tone on, so that you can hear your own voice during calls. Very cool. You can even call up Siri or Alexa. It’s got still other features, but I’ll leave them for you to discover. [I called Jabra support because the App didn’t see my earbuds initially. The VERY easy to reach and VERY helpful support person patiently walked me through a reinstall and re-connection. Old fashioned, highly responsive, genuinely helpful support. This is how you win loyalty.] SOUND QUALITY and COMFORT: I wasn’t paying attention to what was queued up on my iPhone, so I was surprised by music I might never have chosen for wireless earbuds. Placido Domingo popped into first the right and then the left earbud, with cellos reaching deeply into their bottom range in “Vesti la giubba” from Pagliacci. Go figure. I began to suspect these Jabras might be special. Then Steely Dan followed with “Aja”, and the Jabras got to rock’n. Next up, Tina Turner’s “Steamy Windows”, so, rock’n even harder but oldies style. Tom Odell’s “Here I am” was nicely crisp and invited loud listening. But, turning to Dua Lipa’s “Hotter Than H*ll” left no doubt that bass was on the menu in heavy portions. I finished with Paramore’s acoustic version of “Misery Business”, proving that these could do natural sounding strings with sparkling detail. Voices were very natural. Jabra has exceptionally well balanced, nice sounding earbuds here. These are fun earbuds. They want to be snug into your ears for maximum bass, but that’s nothing new. I had to go to a larger size EarGel, included in the package (S,M, L are provided) for comfort and fit. I must admit that I’m limited in how long ALL these types of earbuds are tolerated by my ears. But, I’m not typical and you need to try these for yourself. Tested with phone calls my voice came across without any complaints from the other party. Listening to the calling party was perfectly fine. OK. Enough. Sia is serenading me. Gotta go.

-=First Impressions=- Typical Jabra presentation with secure and simple packaging. My first thoughts were "these look so business/corporate, they could replace my Plantronics Voyager Edge". Fitting took some getting used to, but once I found the right tips they did not fall out or move at all. Initially, you may feel discomfort while trying to find YOUR proper ear tips, but that goes away fairly quickly. These are pure quality and built to last! The Elite 65t buds are a little bigger than a nickel. The case is pocket sized and fits nicely in the palm your hand although it takes some practice for one handed operation. I wish there was a way to get more accurate battery representation for the case in app or a light bar/indicator. Sound isolation is very good and I think these are the most well balanced for music and voice calls. The best part is you will NOT look like Frankenstein with these in your ears! I love the low profile build of these. Things I like: +Bluetooth 5.0 - these are the ONLY ones on the market with Bluetooth 5.0 as of this review 2/13/2018. +Total Wireless Solution - no wires bouncing on your neck or sticking to you when you work out. No more accidental tugging to annoy you when you are running. Lightweight and can go hours without noticing them. +Built Quality/IP55 - splash proof and dust proof. Offers 2yr warranty on IP55 protection! Built like tanks! +Fit - the fit was perfect and not one single movement during my run or workout. I ran about 5 miles and then did my weight routine. Not a single wiggle. Great job Jabra! +Quick Charge - a quick 15-minute charge provides up to 90 minutes of play time! +Case - has battery reserve of 2 charges. That means 10 hours in the case and 5hrs on the headphones for 15hrs total. +Battery Life - I can probably get a week's worth of use before needing to recharge the case. Easily makes it through a few gym sessions. +Sound & EQ - nice balanced sound. Not too bass heavy and not sharp in highs. I would say it is a sound profile similar to Jaybirds. These have great sound isolation though. EQ available through app. +Mono/Stereo - these can be used in stereo or mono. Use only the right side if you want to have a single Bluetooth experience +Call Quality - in stereo these are amazing. Callers cannot tell if I am using a Bluetooth or not. +Pass Through Sound - these use the on-board mics to allow sound in so you can hear around you while listening to music. +Sound Synced - there is no latency between video playback and audio in my ears. It is perfect and not a complaint in this department. +Look - looks nice, business/executive styling. Very subtle and no not attract much attention. Things I would change: -No aptX - no support for aptX or aptXhd. Sound quality is good, but this should be standard for all wireless headphones with BT5.0 -Button Placement - after some practice, I have figured out where things are. The left ear controls are difficult to find and press. -Buttons - the left side buttons are very stiff and require a LOT of pressure to activate. This make the earbud uncomfortable since you press into your ear to activate. -Charging - you're only able to charge in the cradle. If anything happens to it, you will probably have to shell out more cash as they require a proprietary pin charger. -No Tracking - there should be some sort of way to blast sound to these in case you lose them. An alert with last known location should be an option when out of range. -No USB C - it's unbelievable we are still using micro USB in 2018. I worry I may break the connector since everything I own now has USB C. -App - the app is excellent with regards to features but these do not get stored once you put them away. -Lost Settings - I would incorporate some way of storing last used settings to the ear buds so you don't need to use the app to reactivate them each time. -Range - these are advertised as BT5.0. That means you should get around 120ft range with them if you have a phone that also supports BT5.0. Not the case here. I seriously doubt these are actually BT5.0 being that the range is around 30ft like BT4.0. -Case - I would like to see a light bar or indicator LCD that shows battery level. One light isn't good enough for me. Also, it is tough to use with one hand. It takes practice but can be done. Maybe wireless charging in the case would be nice as well. -Voice Commands - there is a terrible delay in the time you say "answer" and the time the call is answered using voice commands -=The Verdict=- These are a great release from Jabra. Audiophiles, these are not for you since you know only a wired listening device produces the best sound. If you want new Bluetooth headset, these are a buy. They offer versatility without sacrificing call quality and music quality. These are built to last.

Pros Sleek and does not stand out for completely wire free Autopause pauses thesong automatically when an earbud is removed Options for noise isolating or mixing outside sounds Good sound quality and reasonably balanced IP55 dust and water resistant Quick and easy pairing process on iOS Cons Earbuds don’t feel secure with sweat or when cold Pressing buttons requires pressing earbud hard into your ear While sound quality is good it sounds flat and equalizer can’t fix it Options for mixing outside sounds miss some important low frequency sounds Ambient sound option causes cycling of earbuds on and off following sound on Android Call recipients report frequent microphone dropout with wind noises Poor cross body signal quality causing sound dropout for some Instructions are confusing of what app to use and multiple apps are required on Android No earbud tracking or find option Charging case finger slot is too small for opening for those with short fingernails Charging case has no flat surfaces for laying down The Jabra Elite 65t true wireless headphones join an increasing number of wire free headphones. Included are four microphones to improve call quality while reducing unwanted noises. The earbuds are noise isolating but include an adjustable setting in the software to allow outside noises as needed for safety. Connectivity is by the latest Bluetooth 5.0 to allow high quality sound and more stable connections. Included is Alexa as a voice assistant or you can use your phones default assistant. Total listening time is rated at 15 hours with included charging carrying case. The Elite 65t also comes in an active variant, which is nearly identical to the standard 65t. The design of the Jabra Elite 65t is very sleek, particularly for true wireless headphones. Most of the body of the earbuds stays hidden inside the ear canal with only a relatively small portion visible. The earbuds are held in place with a rubberized tip, which is said to have a special coating to improve grip. You put them in your ear with a slight twisting motion to lock them in place. It sounds nice but in practice, the earbuds loosen from moisture from sweating or if you ears become cold from being outside on a cold day. Fortunately, it is easy to tell when they become loose to correct them but considering their compact size, you might find yourself worried you would lose them. Unfortunately, unlike some other brands that keep a track of the earbuds via GPS on your phone and list where they lost connectivity these include no such feature. They also do not include a feature to ring the buds to assist in finding them as some other true wireless earbuds include. If you drop them and do not realize it, there is no GPS log to the rescue or other tools to help you find them. Starting with setup, the instructions say to install the Jabra app on your on your phone. When using an iPhone this is not even necessary since the moment you pair the phone it tells you it needs an app and even sends you directly to the app store to install it. Very easy to use. On Android, the process is more manual. You must search for the Jabra app as indicated only to discover there are multiple Jabra apps, none of which match the name you are given. The app you need to install is actually called Jabra Sound+ in the Play Store but you aren’t done once you install this. After installed Jabra Sound+ you will receive a message stating you need to install Jabra Services. Once installed the confusion does not end. If you look later on your phone for the Jabra Sound+ you don’t find it. Instead, the app is called Sound+. Overall the setup experience on Android feels less refined and in need of updates. Once you have the earbuds, set up you will find the app has options to choose your voice assistant. The options are to use Alexa or your phone’s default voice assistant. A section called Audio experience allows to you to adjust such settings such as how much ambient noise you want played through the earbuds, if you would like Autopause activated, and if you want headset prompts. Under Call Experience, there is a helpful feature where you can choose to hear some of your voice as you speak in calls or if you would like the Caller ID announced. An equalizer is available for some basic tuning of sound with options to adjust the 60Hz, 250Hz, 1KHz, 4KHz, and 7.5KHz ranges. Battery level is listed in the app but unfortunately the earbuds do not announce battery level on start. Overall, the app is simple to navigate and offers a good selection of settings for most people. Continuing the split experience for Android and iOS users, sound quality and connection stability is different for each. Using an iPhone 6, music quality is good and mixing of outside sounds happens uniformly in each ear. When using a Galaxy S8+ sound quality sounds more of what can be best described as flat and the mixing of outside sounds results in an odd left to right cycling at random times. It not that music sounded bad using an Android phone. It just seemed to lack body. This seems to be related to the way the earbuds work with Android since more than one GS8+ was tried as well as other older Android phones lying around. It seems Jabra needs to optimize how they work with Android more. A problem common regardless of phone was cross body signal quality. If you kept your phone in your pocket and bent over the thickness of your leg could block enough signal to cause dropouts. The adjustment for ambient noise still needs fine tuning as well. Traditional earbuds that naturally allow ambient noise allow a small amount of all noises through. The electronic version in the 65t seems to favor allowing high pitch noises while blocking deeper noises. This means that when outside the noise of crickets will blend straight in with your music while a car passing by or a person with a deep voice will be inaudible. For safety reasons, this needs fine-tuning. If Jabra could improve this, the largest flaw would be a non-issue. Just as the earbuds are surprisingly small for the feature set, the charging case is small as well. The earbuds are rated to work for 5 hours on the integrated batteries with the charging case allowing two additional charges for a total of 15 hours of playback. The case can be easily stored in back. The inside is lined with a soft plastic. The earbuds light up on a successful connection to the charging case. On the outside of the case is a single status light. The case is rounded on all edges, which makes placing it on a flat surface awkward. You could stand it on end but that also does not seem correct. It feels that Jabra, in order to create a sleek and smooth design, forgot you might want to actually place it on a flat surface. This is of course a small gripe but an important one to mention nonetheless. Overall, the Jabra Elite 65t true wireless earbuds are a decent offering that, with software refinement, could make a very compelling case for anyone who wants to get rid of the cables without spending a fortune. If you are an iPhone user, they can already be a good option and would be rated 4 out of 5. For Android users the decision is less certain without some updates and would be rated 2 out of 5.

This model of true wireless headphones are a great addition to my "must have with me" items. Where Jabra stands apart from the rest of the industry is in it's HearThrough setting, found in it's Sound+ app. This enables you to hear your surroundings while listening to you music. I use it for while I'm shopping or walking. It enables you to be safe while still jamming out to your tunes. I think the bass response in these headphones is about par for their compact size. The specs of this set offers up 5 hours in the headphone and a extra 10 hours stored in the case. I tested several times at around 4.5 hours in the headphones with about 9 hours of standby power in the case. As with anything battery operated, every use case is different. I really appreciate the overall form factor of these headphones, they are comfortable and are not very big when they are in your ear. These headphones set themselves apart from several other brands with having a volume button on the left earbud. The three things I wish they had included, a little bit of grip or texture on the headphones themselves. I constantly feel like I'm going to drop them, A magnet in the case to grab a hold of the headphones when you are placing them into it to charge, I feel it takes a few seconds to make sure they are lined up in the case before closing the lid. Finally I also would like for the case to have a battery reserve indicator. It has a light showing when they are charging, but a set of four lights just giving you a quick idea of when you should charge the case again would be nice. These three things are absolutely just ideas maybe for the next version, I can live with the overall design of these Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless Earbud headphones. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

After looking for a while I decided to bit the bullet and purchase these truly wireless ear buds. The price is accurate for these but would love to havepre features. Pros: - Sound Quality for music is fantastic. They sound like a good pair of earbuds and not like wireless buds. - Call quality is great. It is surprising because a lot of wireless buds sound like trash. - Don't easily fall out. I use them while doing everything and I haven't had so much as a slip. - Battery life is good. They haven't died on me yet. - Comfortable in ear. With a slight twist and the right gel you wouldn't even know they are there. Cons: - You can only use the right earbuds independently. The left bud is a "slave" to the right so it will not work by itself. - The case is a bit of a struggle. It opens with a slight press of the front edge, and that is tiresome. It also does not have magnetic security to hold the bud in.

Impressions: My initial impressions on these earbuds was "Wow these look high quality!" The packaging these come in is fantastic. The layout and overall look is very nice with a high quality feel. No complaints there. The earbuds and carrying case also feel of fairly high quality although the first time opening the case was a little tricky as the pressure you need to apply to the top half is not as it looked. I figured it out after the first time so not a big deal just was not as intuitive as I thought. The comfort of the earbuds themselves in the ear is next to the best I have tested also! They sit great in the ear and the ambient sound reduction is nearly of an noise cancelling over ear headphone, its that good! I didn't have any complaints until it came to the actual usage of the buds... Usage: Pairing to my LG G6 was simple, pair just like any other BT device. After that I downloaded the Jabra Sound+ app which also required the Jabra Service app. Done. The Sound+ app lets you adjust EQ settings, auto pause, HearThrough, and a few other features of the earbuds which is nice. The earbuds themselves have controls just like many others however the left bud has volume up/down control and also the forward/backwards selection while the right earbud is the play/pause and also the On/Off control of the set. After using them for a few days I noticed a couple reoccurring issues which is why these earbuds do not deserve the "5 Star" review. First of which is a fairly large one. I have not narrowed down what is causing the problem but while watching videos online or listening to music the earbuds will seemingly a studder or chopping playback after being paused and then resumed. I was unable to resolve the issue without having to turn the set off and back on. This was very annoying and has happened three times in the week or so I have been using them. Again not sure what is causing this playback issue but was very annoying. Another minor problem I have is the functionality of the left bud. Using the buttons on the left earbud is somewhat challenging and it can take a good amount of pressure to actually make the selection. This could lead to discomfort to the left earbud and then readjustment is needed etc. Pros: -Sound Quality (VERY good) -Noise Isolation -Charging Case Design -Attractive Design, not too bulky -Sound+ App -Call Quality -Bluetooth 5.0 Cons: -Occasional Jittery Playback (Described Above) -Earbud Controls (Left side) -Micro USB for Charging Case Overall: I would still recommend these earbuds as the sound quality these produce is quite amazing! The noise isolation and size just add the benefits that these offer. If you are in the market for this type of earbud then I would strongly consider taking a look at these.

These earbuds are the earbuds I've been searching for! Jabra has made some awesome headphones in the past and the Elite 65t's are no exception. Out of the box, they are easy to set up, connect and put in your ear. I'm lucky enough that most medium or average earbuds fit me so I don't have to fight with different size buds. The carrying case of rite earbuds is also sleek, minimalistic and compact. The only downside to the case is that the bottom is curved, so don't expect to have it standing unless you place it on it's side. The sound quality is excellent, I was able to watch Justice League from my iPad while doing the dishes and running the garbage disposal. Not once did I miss out on any dialog because of ambient noise. They also support Siri smart assistant right now and you can download a companion app specifically for the 65t's. The app also lists Amazon Alexa support as coming soon - between HomeKit and Alexa, all my smart home devices will be covered! If you are looking for some great earbuds that stay in place, have excellent sound quality and a roadmap of cool features coming, then you'll love these! I do!

These Jabra Headphones do not charge, so are effectively useless. I'm very disappointed overall. I'm currently working with the manufacturer to resolve this issue. If the issue resolves, I will return to update this review.

I got these at a great price due to the fact that they were initially released a few years ago. The fact that they still sell this model is a testament to how well they compare to the most recent brands today. This is my first set of earbuds from Jabra and I am very impressed. The sound quality is great and you can customize the sound to your preferences via their easy to use app. They fit in my ears really well and never fall out - I wear them while I walk my dog and also when working out. They block out external sounds well. If you need to hear an outside source such as a person talking to you while listening to music, you press the button twice on the right earbud to stop the music and it will allow you to hear them. I use them mainly for music as I am outdoors a lot with my dog. They last up to 5 hours per charge but I haven't used them that long in one sitting. I don't use them for calls much (use my air pod pros) although I have and had no issues with hearing the other party and they had no issues hearing me. Overall, these work very well for me and my intended use - listening to music while walking and working out. The only issue I have and it is not that big of a deal is that they are a little slippery to pull out of/put back into the case and to hold in general due to their shape and the fact that they are smooth plastic - I've dropped them several times. Even though they are an older model, I would buy them again, especially at their reduced price.

I really enjoy these. They seem to rarely need to be charged and they don't fall out of my ears like I was worried they might. They connect quickly and even call quality is good. I do notice that they sound different in the left and right ear, but that could be my own biology. My only complaint is that the charging case opens very easily - so a few times I've had them spill out of my bag and start playing music before they made it to my ears. Not the biggest of deals, but something that you may notice.

To be honest with you these are the best in ear I have ever used. Connection a snap. Great fit. Sound is the best I have heard. Almost feels like decent pair of over ear headphones. You definitely need to try these. Case is smaller than I expected.

These are everything you would ask for, they are very comfortable, reduce outside noises, strong bass, long battery life, seamless connectivity, very good microphone (sometimes too loud/clear), and perfect fit. I run, cycle, play basketball, and lift weights with these and they don't fall out. Highly recommend for an active person. But they are also very comfortable as I don't get any ear fatigue, so you can lounge on the couch with these for as long as you want (or until they die). These are perfect in my book.

I don't know why the super long review I posted a week ago disappeared. I don' feel like to write a detailed review again so I will just do bullet points this time. Pro: 1. Black Friday price. These are not worth the original price. 2. Better sound quality than many true wireless headphones made by other companies. If you are looking for heavy bass, these are not for you. 3. Battery life. 4. App and custom EQ, although the EQ doesn't make a lot of differences. 5. Long range and Bluetooth 5.0 6. Immediate connection after the initial setup. Con: 1. Case is hard to open for most first-time users. 2. Not magnetic. Earbuds can fall out very easily. 3. Not as bulky as other brands, but still a little bit bulky. 4. Pressing the buttons can cause discomfort in ears. 5. Hard to use in bed. They fall out when you turn your head and cause discomfort. 6. Not good for phone call. Despite having 4 microphones, the sound quality is bad when making phone calls. They pick up all the noises around you. 7. No USB type C. 8. Some people mentioned that the volume from each earbud are different, and the left side is louder than the right side. For me, the right side is louder than the left side. It is not very noticeable unless you pay attention to it.

The sound is impressive! They are light & stay in very well when I am running. I have used them for a few hours at a time & not run out of power. Opening the case was a mild issue for the first 2 months, but now is fine. They connect to my Apple Watch & IPhone immediately. I control them via the watch as it is easier than the touch controls on the earbuds. The watch even shows me the name of the song or podcast.
