After using a Jabra headset for a year and loving it so much, I was only interested in Jabra brand headphones. The app provides a hearing test so the sound is more personalized for your ears, which is AMAZING. I love how I can tap the left ear to "hear through" or activate noise cancellation and tap the right ear to pause. It did feel weird when I first put them in my ear and learning how to fit them property in my ear without falling off but was able to adjust immediately. I will say... the case does feel cheaper in comparison to the Apple Airpods case but honestly, it's just a case so it doesn't even matter. On the positive side, it's a lot lighter to carry around!

Jabra earbuds

They are smaller and lighter than others. I accidently left these in my pants and they went through a complete was cycle. I let them dry for 24 hours and they worked perfectly!!!!!

The sound is great. Definitely recommend.

Started with a 65t but felt that the case was hard to open so I switched to these and they are perfect. Used to them when speaking to my mother long distance and she could not tell I was not speaking directly into the phone. Love them!

I purchased these to use an exchange of the headphones because the headphones start to hurt my ears after a while, but the noise cancellation on the earbuds doesn’t compare so now I just use these as my gym earbuds. Super comfortable in the ear.

I use mine mostly for watching TV and they connect very quickly and easily with the TV. They work well for phone calls voices are very clear.

I love the noise canceling feature. People at the gym try to talk to me and I have no clue that they are. I can actually get a worthwhile workout in now.

Durability a Real Issue

But after 9 months of use, I noticed the volume was often lower in one bud than the other which gave the feeling of listening to music through one ear and not so much the other...yikes! (googling revealed it to be a problem experienced by others too). And just recently, the volume of both buds have become very low and tinny, making them unusable. I tried re-setting them, deleting from phone, reconnecting, etc. as instructed by the web site, but that hasn't helped. Perhaps Jaba customer service will be of help, but they work when I work (weekdays only, 8-6) so a true challenge to call them. Gotta give them 1 star for poor durability and poor customer service availability.

At little dumb to have yet another app in this world of trillions of apps. Fits superb in my ears with the smallest ear cups. The 65t elites were too big and hurt my ears a lot, but these were quite comfortable. Well done Jabra.
