    It makes REALLY LOUD high-pitched ringing noise

    After about 4 months of using (which is already longer than the return period): This earphone (both left and right) sometimes would make a REALLY LOUD high-pitched ringing noise when it's near my ear. Even when I already set the volume to very low or 0. It actually hurts my ear. It makes me afraid of putting these earphones in my ears now.. So unfortunate since it actually has a good sound quality.

    Rattling after only 9 months of use

    Well, I did like these headphones a lot! I now hear my left earbud 'rattling' and making a 'rattling sound' as in something is loose inside or something broke. Very dissapointed, but they definitely are 'military grade'. I have always had beats that lasted me several years, my last pair lasting me 7, I might just go back to those. Headphones are too expensive for $200ish to be 'going bad' or 'breaking' in less than 10 months. Bought them 12/3/24 and it's the end of September 2025 now. Just dissapointed. And I barely worked out this year. I got hurt and only used them while at work to be hands free on my phone, so didn't even get to test them for running.

    These were the worst for my situation. There appeared to be a bug with the software when you enabled google integration and wind cancelling. The jabra support questions were extremely lacking on trying to understand what was going on after i had given them very explicit steps on how to reproduce the issue. i ended up returning them. It was also hilarious how these were advertised to "stay in your ears". I put them in for the first time, bent over slightly, and out they came LOL. I even tried all of the different sizes of ear size attachments. They only sounded slightly better than the ones i bought next to them the soundcore x20s, which i kept

    My Elite 8 Active Gen 2 failed with audio issues, and Jabra support has been awful. No phone line, super slow replies, and they made me ship my earphones in without telling me the product is no longer available. Now they want to give me a lower-quality model instead of a proper replacement or refund. Completely unacceptable for a “premium” brand. Be careful if these break, you’re on your own.

    These jawns are trash no cap :# military grade man I just know the person was definitely in the military frfr that made these mfs because these mfs do not work just like everything in the military shhhhht y’all running people pockets just like the military run you for ya time:/ the return before the 14th will be made OG heading there rn chat Oh yeah then there was no charger accessories to even charge them then the app garbage too don’t do it chat get them AirPods frfr
