I got the warranty on my first pair and they stopped working after a year. Best Buy replaced them. Now I have the second pair for a year and they are starting to act up.

I personally do not like the rubber inserts in these as they hurt my ear canal after a while and they eventually pop back out. The sound quality is not good to boot. I'd return them if I could.
