The secure-fit ear tip adapters do not stay on during light usage. Forget the gym, running or any type of strenuous duties. Do not get these. They sounded decent, and the magnetic standby mode was awesome

    Don't lose an ear wing

The sound is decent, the fit in your ear is 'okay', the battery life is laughable, but the real problem is that you can't order replacements of a single size of ear buds or ear wings. To be clear, these are worthless without the earwings - they won't stay in, so when you lose one (you will they are EASY to fall off), you have to buy a $13 replacement pack that includes only one of each size, which means you have to get 3 other sizes that you don't need and can't even use (because they aren't your size). And while we're at it they are backordered for 15 days on the replacement pack. This is a terrible way to treat customers and I won't buy anything from jabra anymore.

I dont usually take my time to write reviews. But this product impressed me. Really. It combines the right balance of product and sound quality..and all for less than $200. I'm a bass head and these Bluetooth pair has a good amount of bass to in it if you use the app and the right wings. The only drawback is that I usually run outdoors and I live North of Chicago. When it's windy, I experience cracks as if there is an intermittent BT connection . But thats minor compared to the pluses. Not to mention that it looks high quality and rugged at the same time. Buy it.

    6 Month Review

To skip the boring backstory, these headphones have huge potential absolutely astounding design looks clean and are not too pronounced in your ear but with my experience I can not honestly recommend them to anyone looking for a long term set of reliable headphones. So roughly 6 months ago give or take a month or two I purchased these headphones for the gym and outdoor jogs. I must say for the first 2 months or so I absolutely loved them, then I started noticing one of the ear wings would slip off at random, it seems over time of consistently removing them and replacing them to charge would stretch the material to a point it would easily slide on and off the earpiece, not Jabras fault it happens to things just saying, the 3rd month rolls by and one side of my headset completely blacked out, I purchased the 2 year replacement from Best Buy because I personally hate manufacturer warranty and this headset usage would be heavy (good thing I did too), so the headset was replaced and on I went, originally I believed it to be sweat damage even though the headset was labeled as "Life Proof and Water Resistant" so I picked up a new set of cheap headphones for intense activity, didn't feel like risking them going out on me again. Now 6 months later with no sweat touching and never thrown around, the headset does not turn on and does not charge.

    Wireless Convenience, Fantastic Sound

My husband uses the Jabra Rox at work to listen to music at his desk without disturbing his office mates. He loves that their wireless so he's not tied to his desk or phone, and they're magnetic and go into power saving mode when he takes them off for a few minutes and puts the earpieces together. I've listened, too. GREAT sound quality!

I wanted to get a nice pair of headphones and these were on sale so I figured I'd give these a whirl. I got home and tried to put them on and they would not stay in my ear. I tried each of the 4 different sized ear buds and none of them worked. The rubber extensions are not a permanent fixture and you have to put them on yourself. There's 3 different sizes and they all seemed too big. I have not found the sweet spot of how they should be attached. Since I can't put them in my ears, I will be returning them tomorrow.

I've gone through tons of earbud headphones but none add up to my new Jabra Rox. I love the blue tooth feature and the fact that they don't hurt my ears when I wear them. The sound is like none other and it makes me feel like I'm able to immerse myself in what I'm listening to. Definitely recommend!

    Decent Headphones

I always found the sound quality pretty good and they block out a considerable amount of noise. I also enjoyed the auto-standby feature when you magnetically clip the headphones together. They also pair with my phone very quickly. The one major flaw is those stupid ear pieces that slide over the ear buds. They constantly fall off and they're never in the same position. They come with 3 sets: small, medium and large. I've lost a small and a medium and the large don't fit...

    Yes!!! They fit!

Finally a pair of wireless earphones that fit me! There are some really great features to the Jabra ROX Wireless. The best and most important two features would be the sound and the fit. The fit is great because you have several different size EarGels you can use as well as EarWings if you need. This means weather you have smaller ears like myself or you have larger ears you are sure to find either a pair of EarGels and/or EarWings combo that will work perfectly for you. The sound. OH MY! The sound is actually really great. I’ve noticed that for the most part I don’t need to have the volume up very loud because the High definition Dolby Digital Plus enhanced sound is just awesome! The other great feature about the sound is that it doesn’t seem to matter how loud you put the volume up no one else is able to hear what you are listening to. Disclosure: I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

please note these are my first wireless headphones. They feel uncomfortable, the bass was not very good. the sorround sound app that comes with it seems pointless; also, maybe Im doing something wrong but these headphones do not work with my laptop only with my iphone.

    Great Wireless Headset!

Despite the fact that I am not all that tech savvy, I was very easily able to connect the headset with my IPad and phone. It took me all of about 60 seconds (if that) to connect the headset to these different devices. My favorite thing about the Jabra Rox is its built in microphone, which gives me the ability to make hands-free phone calls. The sound quality is wonderful and this made listening to music, talking on the phone, etc easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this product.

    Decent fit, bad sound

Before you read below, let me first say I am transitioning from wired in-ear headphones (specifically Bose) to Bluetooth. The issues with people having problems with the headphones fitting and staying in is not a problem I had. The fit felt quite comfortable. The issue I had with these headphones is that of sound. They're advertised to have "deep bass". Keeping in mind that I'm coming from Bose, I'm used to a full spectrum of sound, with some nice presence on the lower range, and that is where these headphones are completely lacking. I tried combinations of inserts, to using Jabra's own app to produce a sound with some form of resemblance to that of Bose. My efforts were futile. These headphones are going back tomorrow, and I will be giving the Jaybirds a spin to see if they live up to their marketing.

While my workplace is super quiet, my job is anything but sedentary. The break the silence, I love to listen to music on my phone, but being tied to it by headphone wires is not at all practical. The Jabra Rox has given me freedom to move around my workspace AND even dance a little to my favorite tunes. The sound quality is excellent and the earbuds are comfortable the combination of which has been hard for me to find. Highly recommend.

    Jabra Rox ROCKS!

The Jabra Rox is very easy to set up as soon as you take everything out of the box - even for a non-tech-savvy person like myself! It comes with an get-started guide, the Jabra Rox headset, a charging cable, a small case to store the headset and extra sets of eargels and earwings to customize a perfect fit for any ear. he back of the Jabra Rox ear pieces are magnetic and when not in use, you can stick them together and they will go into power saving mode! We truly enjoyed the freedom the Jabra Rox gives us while at work or home or even out and about town with this hands-free device to stream and listen to music in addition to receive phone calls while it is synced with your bluetooth phones! It's nice to be able to take a walk and enjoy your music but not miss a call from someone while you are keeping pace!

I'm always working and on the move. I don't like to be tied down with cords or having something hanging around my neck. The Jabra Rox make it so my music can go where I go, while mowing the lawn, cleaning or even working out. They are comfortable to wear and provide great sound quality.

    No Low End

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Let me start by saying these are my first wireless earbuds so take that into consideration when reading my review. I was very excited to get these after doing extensive research on various models - just bought them today. It couldn't be easier to connect to my iPhone6 - they say 5 minutes, more like 15 seconds. Fit was great with the wings... within about 10 minutes I knew they weren't for me - mids and highs sound good... but unfortunately there is absolutely no low end at all - fit was not the issue as I was pressing them into my ear and it was still very hard to make out any low end sounds when listening to various types of music - jazz, rock, hip-hop... this is even with the bass booster EQ setting turned on on my iPhone. As a reference I plugged in the standard wired earbuds that come with the iPhone and listened to the same songs - overall sound mix is significantly better. Again, maybe I was expecting too much from a pair of wireless headphone, but for the price, I am not willing to sacrifice so much sound quality. I didn't even get to test out the microphone. I am very disappointed since I was so excited, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend these based on sound quality alone.

Three pairs failed within 15 months

I've had three pair of these fail within 15 months. ALL had the same issue. When you plug the charging cable in, the LED would turn red and then instantly green. No response to power button. First pair purchased 3/15. failed 7/15 and replaced. Second pair failed 5/15 and were replaced as a courtesy even though they were out of warranty. This pair failed 7/15. $100 headphone should NOT suffer three failures in this short of a time. I feel these have an issue with sweat leaking in and damaging them. I would NOT recommend these if you plan on sweating while wearing them.

    My Favorite Jabra Wireless Headset

Of all headsets I own, the Jabra Rox are my absolute favorite. I love their fit and use for listening to ocean sounds while reading (and Monday Night football in the background) and light workouts. Once you go wireless there's no looking back. A fan of Jabra in general, these are easy to use, volume button is handy and I even love how the charge is hidden inside the earbud.
