I bought this device for my husband he is outside for his job.He said he hears great on.

I loved this ear piece but the volume was to quite and I had to return it for the voyager 3200 and it is much louder. Still getting used to it but like it so far.

I like the size of the earpiece , not too small and not too big. It’s easy to use.

Works great for music and calls and sound is great

A bit overpriced at $100, but still a very good product.

The ear piece is a little cumbersome to use. You cannot tell if it is fully charged. You cannot tell when it finishes charging. it does the job, but would not be my first choice if buying again.

The battery life is short. Its not a 8 hour day. It doesn't stay in the ear like other ear pieces. Every so often i need to fix it back in my ear.

Picks up all background noise- no volume control on the headset-mic fades in and out while in use-ear piece is not comfortable even for short durations

I wanted a bluetooth that was light and didn't weigh down my ears and this is it.

We did look at reviews on this ear piece before buying, but our experience isn't that great. Its not the best on the ear, it kind of doesn't fit, we had to modify the earpiece to get it to fit correct. I know people have different ear sizes and shapes, but we've used 2 other brands with no fitment issues. The quality of the Bluetooth connection seems to be less on this one as well, although we did just get a newer phone. All in all, it works, but we would NOT recommend this product , especially with so many different options out there.

Excellent call quality and so light you'll forget that you have it on. Long battery life on standby great if you are like me and forget to turn off. Use on desktop softphone and cell simultaneously works great after you buy the 360 Link from Jabra.

I love this headset. I always have a problem with the way headsets fit in my ear. They either keep falling out or really hurt my ear after a half hour or so. This headset is perfect from that standpoint. I had it on for almost 4 hours and basically forgot it was there. The clarity is great for calls and my audio books and music. My biggest problem is that it only has about 3 1/2 hours battery life. At that point it starts warning me of low battery and cuts off within a few minutes. This headset would be perfect with a longer battery life.

One of the best I have owned so far highly recommend. Great for truck or farm.

I really like this product. It is very sturdily built, and is great for Law Enforcement Use due to the 2 way ear connection ( Over the Ear, and hooks into the inside ear too). I use it every day, and has good battery life.

Connects well, robot type voice, app not with it ( requires 2 ) no volume control. Sound quality good though. Noise canceling mediocre.

Excellent product for design and operation. I recommend it!
