Ear piece too big and uncomfortable

If it was made of a softer more pliable material, it might have been ok. But it is a hard plastic, and is painful in the ear.

Jabra Steel Bluetooth

My daughter says the sound is not as clear as the first Jabra she had. Plus they are on the heavy side. The one she had before was much lighter & the clarity was better.

Thought It Would Be Better

Functional quality subpar

I previously had a Plantronics devise that cost approx half the price and sounds much better

NO volume controls on the headset.

The only way to adjust volume is the buttons on your phone and even then it is not loud enough turned all the way up. Major disappointment. I find the design choice seriously misguided for a headset sold as rugged for use in work environments. It was unusable in a noisy shop.
