Great sound quality, but it could be a little louder. It's easy to configure and use. I use it on multiple devices. The earpiece took my ear some time to adjust but it works great. Lightweight, and it stays in place! (I just wish the silicone of the earpiece came in different colors).

I understand the button issue, but have had no personal problems. Overall, volume is fine with my Galaxy S7, but I am not working in terribly noisy environments. I have no problem recommending this based on my experience.
