Works ok somewhat hard to find the buttons. Fits well and location find my Habra is wondferal.

This earpiece works well however it has some features I'd change. The voice prompts work too well. Answers without specifically saying "answer" The volume could be louder. Ear gel in sizes would be better. That aside this unit does last close to the specified time.

Everything is good but the volume is very low even when turned all the way up.

Nice product, I would like to have a better connection to the ear though.

Does work but really nothing great when you consider the costs for this item. In the past I have purchased from Plantronics and spent less money for a bluetooth that did a better job.

Sound quality is good, volume could be a little louder. Ear comfort is excellent, I actually forget I'm wearing it. I have a service business, that has me sweating. This unit has all the protection. Hope to have it for a long time.

Functions great & tuff as nails.Good battery life,Clear tones.My only complaint are the ear buds.There is only 2 & neither fit my ear well,the speaker does not sit snug in my ear & have to frequently re adjust to increase sound level

over all this is a great product. it works even when raining. the only down side is the volume. if ur in a place with lots of noice you will have a bit of a problem hearing. but other than that I love this earpiece.

It was comfortable in my ear for long periods at a time. Rugged build appropriate for my job. While working near loud engines and with power tools in the background, the person on the phone could still hear me most of the time.

I am certainly pleased with the design and ruggedness of my Jabra Steel. In my line of work, the software functionality is great. As for the control features to regulate volume and sensitivity take a little work.

Not as comfortable or loud as my old Bose, but that is no longer carried at Best Buy. This one is water resistant and shock and dust resistant. Nice for construction workers like me, but it does fit a little loosely, and is just quieter than it needs to be, especially since it's marketed at people in a highly noisy environment.

This is the best blue tooth earpiece I have purchased. I have had several others in the past that were either bad or just ok. This Jabra seems to cancel out the background noise better than other similar headsets. (Making it easier for the listener to hear me.) That was the main feature I was looking for. I also expect it to last longer than my previous one that broke easily. The ear gel that holds it in my ear doesn't seem as secure as my previous headset, but it has only fallen out once so far, which is better than I expected. I would definitely buy this again.

Once I saw this headset I had to give it a shot. I have been using bluetooth headsets for 10 years. As a construction electrician foreman who wears his tools, a headset that works properly and lasts more than 3 months is as important as my Klein side cutters. It's held up better than any other headset I've owned. Only reasons it's 4 stars, need the app to get all the benefits. Voice commands allow me to keep my tools in my hands and day to day operations running smooth. Also at the price point you must give it a good try. I bought one for each of my lead mechanics and sub-foreman.

this has been a very rugged and tough bluetooth device. i work outdoors so i sweat a lot and this is the first bluetooth device I've had that i have not killed with sweat. sound quality is good.

The battery won't hold a charge long, even when the unit is turned off. You are guaranteed to grab it the next day and find it completely drained unless you've actually plugged it in, whether you've used it or not. The power button is in a poor location, meaning the unit must be removed from one's ear to actuate it. The fact that it's not a switch pretty much condemns the unit entirely. There's no way to tell if it's turned on without pulling it out, pushing the button, and rushing it back into your ear. No readily accessible volume controls are present. A hands-free device should not require one to pick up a phone and look at the screen. It defeats the purpose of the device. The volume, even when maxed out on three competing phones (iPhone, Windows Phone, and Android) is pathetic. This is insanity for a device meant to be used on a job site. I can't even hear it well in the office. Controls for voice assistants are slow, inaccurate, and generally useless. The range is extremely limited even related to MUCH cheaper products. Seriously... It's bad. Overall, this product is entirely valueless. Do not purchase it under any circumstances. You're only wasting money.

Built for rough work conditions. Clarity of calls is very good in loud work environments. Wish the answer/end call button was easier to operate. Overall, a great headset.

It's basically satisfactory but difficult to secure to the ear. The range in practice is much less than stated. Great sound quality & duration of use of use after charging.

battery charge not to good and standby charge not too good. Could use a volume adjust button. Will make the best of it

At the Black Friday price it’s a good deal. For me a custom ear piece was needed for comfort and to be able to hear well as none of the included pieces did that. You can find moldable ones for $10. The unit seems strongly against damages and has good sound clarity.
