Great device. easy to set up the ear fitting holds firmly in your ear. It is very comfortable but has produced a little tenderness when I do back-to-back-to-back long calls, leaving it in your ear in between calls. I take it out after a call now and this has not happened since. The sound is great with voices clear and I have not had complaints from the other end of the call about extraneous noise garbling my voice. I have used it on the beach and still clear and strong lines of communication.

Will tell all who is looking for a comfortable feel light weight amd well sounding ear peice tp get one of these its worth it

Very light, very waterproof, very nice. I do wish there was a way to turn it up. The volume is a little low. But you can hear. And no one can hear your conversation.

I bought this one to replace another one that I was not happy with and so far I really like this one the sound is great and it's comfortable to wear.

This unit is very light and fits in the ear great. The one thing I recommend is not to download the app there is no need for works better with out as I have found out with most Bluetooth apps.

It is a good Bluetooth ear piece but it still hurts my ear and the volume is not very load.

This Jabra has better quality sound than my previous Jabra. Lighter and stays in my ear comfortably.

I just went back to using this type of Bluetooth earpiece. Range, audio clarity in both directions and control are excellent. The only downside is that to keep it from falling out of my ear... I have to use both the external ear loop and the yellow earpiece with the rubber hook. I wish there was another arrangement, as my ear gets pretty sore by the end of the day. In spite of that, well worth the price.

gave this as a birthday gift. sound is great and very comfortable to wear. only complaint is battery life is only about 4 hrs of talk time

I go through a lot of ear buds. I’m hard on them because I use them every day. This one is holding up very well so far. Only one month old but doing good. Used daily.

I had this item for almost one month and I love it. Its metal body it's perfect fallen multiple times doesn't break easily like other plastic bluetooth out there. The small sock that goes along with it makes calls sound perfect all the time blocks unwanted noise around you. Your calls sound perfect while driving and having the A/C on in front you, first bluetooth to ever to do this.

I purchased for wife and she is unhappy with how it fits in her ear and the volume is too low. we maxed it on headset and phone but still too quiet in car compared to other Bluetooth headsets we used in the past.. I would reconsider a different brand or modle

Sound it's ok not the best,water,dust and shock proof its very good but not comfortable to wear and hard to control buttons

Uncomfortable to wear. Good battery life and quality. The "find my Bluetooth" function didn't work the time I used it....hadn't updated location in 3 days even though had been used several times. I would say only get this Bluetooth if you need the durability aspect.

I've been using my headset for atleast a year and I havent had any problems. I drop it all of the time. I even forgot I had it on in the shower and I didnt soak it or anything but it was fine. Works for a pretty long range as well. At first it fit uncomfortably but I used one of the other earpieces that came with and it was perfect. I lost one and bought the same to replace it.

I have used many different Bluetooth devices. This is my favorite. It’s not too big. I am in construction so I need the dust proof, waterproof features.

This is a very durable Bluetooth. The only complaint I might have is the volume could be a little louder

This is an excellent headset! Good voice quality, good sound quality for music. If I have any complaint about it, it's that there aren't any volume controls on the headset. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but be for someone else. Overall, this is one of the best headsets I've ever owned. It's also the only jabra headset that comes with a 5 year warranty!

I bought this for the guys at work (in manufacturing). The reviews and even their website said "this is great for people who work in harsh conditions". Not that we're doing messy work, but we need our hands free. The feedback was that their buttons were hard to maneuver and didn't give the best quality voice sounds next to machinery. I'd only recommend this if you work outside a lot.

Sound quality and battery life is good. A little difficult to turn on while wearing, but overall a good device,
