Surprised at how durable it is. Bought it for a friend that has dumped tons of headsets in the pool and ruined them. This one is really tough

Comfortable...sturdy...however, I wish there was a button where I could adjust the volume. Otherwise a great buy!

Noise cancellation is aggressive. The fit is troublesome. I have trouble keeping the device in postion.

Iam in law enforcement and I love the earpiece because it is very sturdy but the volume is not loud and the only way to turn it up is with the phone and it is still low and if you are not in a very quiet area you can not hear

I used to have the Marque 2 from Plantronics but the part that goes into your ear is worse quality than expected and the replacement you buy from them is even worse. So I decided to go with another brand this time. I didn't want one that goes over my ear as I have glasses and this one seemed to fit well. It was a bit more expensive but I use my bluetooth a lot so I figured it was worth it. Sadly it was not. The sound quality is no where near as good as my old one. It only shows when it is low on battery but until then you have no way of knowing how much time is left unless you install their app on your phone (which brings a whole other nightmare as it keeps popping up and interfering). I returned it and is currently looking for another bluetooth.

I bought this because I would be driving a uhaul and prefer a handsfree system. I works great. I'm able to listen to music in one ear and drive or I can answer the call and the music shuts off and I can answer easily. Light weight and the rubber that holds it in is soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to stay in place while speaking.

only drawback to this product would be the cheap yellow dye on the earpiece. its only been a few days and it's rubbing off but beyond that i don't see an issue with the piece at all.

Has been a great product using for phone calls while cutting wood and using outside in the weather. The one thing I have noticed is the deep base tones in someone's voice it produces make it hard to understand what's being said. I find myself rotating the earpiece partially out of my ear to decrease the deeper tones but then its not loud enough. Great product, it just needs a little fine tuning in voice clarity

Good call quality and features. Battery life at around 4.5 hours is definitely the one down side. On sale for $49.99 is a no-brainer for this rugged headset!

The Bluetooth works well, little pricey for a Bluetooth but I would recommend it.

I always purchase Jabra ear pieces. Never fails me and always easy to pair. Easy to use and sound quality is great.

This seemed nice at first. The Mic works well and the audio is decent, but the earpiece just would not fit well for me. It wants to rest in your ear, but doesn't go into the ear canal, which reduces stability and clarity. Fine for those who can use that sort of earbud design, but I'm not one of them.

It works very well and handles connecting two phones very well. I find this comparable to the best ones on the market and have tried Bose, Motorola and many others. Downside: The volume can be low at times while the phone volumes are turned all the way up and it disconnects for brief 3-6 seconds then reconnects. This can be trying as you can't tell when this happens at times.

Easy to use as well as sound being very good. Charges quickly. Not bulky

Sound quality is good and I like the in ear fit. I have never been a fan of the over ear options. I'm not easy on my head sets and this one is standing up. It has already gone through the washer and dryer with no sound quality loss. The on/off button is in kind of awkward place.
