Purchased for my wide who broke her very expensive, but cheaply built Motorola. Interesting features. But again, time will tell.

The item states that it's for some one working in the construction field, this device doesn't stay on ear when you are workin on a ladder for example and you tilt your head a couple of times it falls of, the volume level is bad when your driving or again in contraction field where there's constant ambient noise, there's a problem when doing play back on voice mails it get jammed and some times won't play voice message

Good heavy duty Bluetooth. If your ruff on head set equipment this bluetooth is for you.

Bluetooth is sturdy and seems built to last. Problem I have is volume is too low. Phone can be turned all the way up and volume not near as good as any Bluetooth I've owned.

Cancels out background noises well. The volume is the only downside, I turn volume up all the way on my phone's bluetooth settings and it's still not loud enough for me.

I bought this Bluetooth on sale for 50% off during black Friday. Great battery life.

It is a good quality Bluetooth but I have used other Bluetooth with just a good quality that were much cheaper.

This is a great headset with noise cancellation. I have tried jabra & Bose which are excellent but a little expensive. Decided to give this one a try and the only negative I experienced is that it fell out of my ear and I lost it. Glad it's not expensive . I was working in the field as a tradesman. I may try again

I gifted this item to my boyfriend and he works construction. The quality is amazing and the earpiece is comfortable. I recommend this as a gift to someone who cant always answer a call due to work, especially of its a job that is similar to construction.

The unit won't stay in my ear, regardless of which loop I use. Even when it does stay in, the volume is way too low. I am taking it back

I really like the simplicity of this headset. There are only 3 buttons including the on button. The Bluetooth stays in my ear extremely well. My only complaint is the volume. Sometimes I wish it would get a little bit louder.

My husband always break his earpiece. Because of the job he do. He works with metal and be around water. And sometimes he is high in the air. The earpiece is still working with no problem. He drop it in some water and it still works

Although this Product has great clarity, this specific model doesn't sync with Microsoft Skype.

It’s a one size fits all headset. Too big for my ear and uncontrollable. Also unable to make the volume loud enough for me
