After 2-3 months, the battery fails, depleting a full charge within an hour. Resetting the earbuds, as Jaybird recommends, does nothing, save for causing issues when attempting to resync. While the sound quality was very good, I am sorely disappointed in the overall quality, and a company that knows of this issue, yet does not appear to offer a viable solution, except to exchange for a new pair.
