    I am disappointed that the earbuds don't stay in my ears. It is a aggravating to put them alway back into your ears. I would not have bought them if I knew that about this. Thinking about returning them.

    We returned this after trying to figure out how to adjust the sound with the app. It was not easy and the tone was flat... if you have time to mess with apps, it's probably a good headset, but not for us.

    The bluetooth signal breaks up even with the phone in your pocket, front or back it doesn't matter even inside a fanny pack it breaks up. Bought the Bose Sport and cannot be happier.
