Audio cutting out Intermittently

Once you are at the GYM or running the the audio starts cutting out Intermittently. Contacted Jaybird support and they asked to reset the device (not good), their suggestion was to keep the headphones 2 ft from the audio source (you would need to have your phone strapped to your arm instead of having it in your pants pocket).

I used them everyday to workout intensely and the sound quality was great, semi good noise reduction, and the buds themselves were ok comfortable. Im in the process of getting a replacement from Jaybird since im already over the 14 day limit, if youre a casual user they will do fine, but they will not survive constant sweaty usage.

Overall positive reviews, but I am disappointed for a number of reasons: (1) The ear attachments come off easily, making them easy to lose. (2) The clip has already broken into pieces after only three months. (3)The sound quality for music can't compare to Bose. (4) It keeps telling me when I'm connected during phone conversations but doesn't tell me when I'm disconnected. I think it's cheaply made and would not recommend this product. I'll be going back to Bose.
