Didn't find these very good at all..sound was weak,app wasn't compatible worry phone..iwent with the beats

Was not impressed with these. Despite all the options for ear buds, none of them would stay secured in my ear for my runs.

These are pretty good for workout and the like. Not hifi but decent enough.

Ear buds don’t fit well. Coard is too short. Barley clips to my collar and can be inserted into my ears

Didnt quite fit in my ear , or wifes with either of the 3 fittings. Sound quality is just ok

Sound is ok, not great compared to comparably priced earbuds. Battery life might be just under 8 hours.

They fit perfectly in my ears but the controls are not user friendly. I would constantly redial people on accident.

These didn’t fit my ears great and they didn’t sound as good as AirPods or Beats

Not as good as others had reviewed it. My husband got these and he returned them. He did not like them at all...

Maybe it's just a wireless thing but the sound is not even close to the headphones you get with the new iPhone 7

They sound alright but the quality is not that well compared to other headphones of same category.

The earbuds come with a variety of ear adapters to suit most ears but it they don't fit, they don't fit.

The only problem this is the change part of it, if you Lose it you can’t change it at all

I had a pair of Jaybird and after 3 years, I need to buy a new pair of Wireless Earbuds. I love wireless earbuds for golfing. I bought the X3 and it was a disaster - although the price was good. The connection cut in and out so much that it would eventually shut down pandora or mymusic. I tested my bluetooth on my phone with my UE Boom, another blue tooth device, etc. The phone was not the problem. I ended buying B-se (non Noise cancelling) and the connection was not an issue. I did deal with support at Jaybird and they had been good but the second the return email came and they asked questions about my connections (which I had laid out in the email in depth regarding the efforts to ensure it was not my phone), I decided I wasn't going to put the effort into Jaybird anymore.

Great sound , but not what I was looking for. Hurt my ears.

The Jaybird earbuds were stylish and came with adequate accessories. The quality of experience was not good for me: I was told that I sound muffled, and I noticed that the sound on my end was muffled, also. This could be an issue of personal preference. Eventually I ended up with JLab Elite Air and some lesser known (Enactfire E19) as backups.

Used these for workouts. They really should have lasted at least a year :(

Sound quality was decent but hurt my ears and didn't have the best bluetootg ability with my phone (galaxy s7)

So i purchased these and the audio was clear and crisp. I was enjoying it and i could hear and be heard clearly when talking on the phone. But within a week, one earbud went out. tried resetting like recommended and whatever else the company recommended. nothing. returned them. also read many other people with the same issues and no fix.

My son-in-law requested these for Christmas and he research products before purchasing them.
