    The sound is pretty good, the problem is that X3 were a pain to set up since you have to chose from 3 wing tips and three earbuds. It took about 45 minutes to get them set-up then they would get loose when I ran or worked-out. Having to adjust them multiple times made them more of a hassle then they needed to be

    Not comfortable & falls out of ear, marginal sound

    The product recommended by store as best. Priced fairly high. It is very uncomfortable in the ear, selection of parts are to big or to small and hard plastic. The result is a poor fit and they fall out or hurt. The sound is not near the quality I expected for the price. I appreciate the opportunity to review.

    Had the x3 for about a month and tried all various configurations (different wing sizes, foam and scilicone) but was not able to get the headphones to fit comfortably in the ear. After about 30-40 minutes of use I would start experiencing discomfort in the outer ear. Finally went back to BB for a product exchange.

    Bought these to use on my Peloton bike, but when I tried to use them there was a delay between the video & sound. Got online to their website, and found that a lot of other people had the same problem, but Jaybird does not have a fix for it. I returned the earbuds, and found a different pair.

      We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing Bluetooth/connectivity issues with the Jaybird X3 during your acitivities. This is not the behavior nor the performance we expect from our product. We can definitely assist you and recommend that you send us an email at [email protected]. We will do what we can to help improve your experience.

      Also, we strongly suggest users to perform a factory reset on the buds then have it paired to a second audio source to check if the issue persists.

      1. Turn headphones off
      2. Put in Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"")
      Headset will flash red and green
      3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
      Headset will flash Orange 3 times
      4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
      5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

    I opened the Jaybird overseas and no charger!

    I got on a plane to Europe the night I bought this headset, I tried it at the recommendation of the sales guy at the San Jose, CA store, and of course, he couldn’t have known this would happen, but I’m stuck here without a charger until mid-October when I return to the states. This is a pretty bad first impression of this “Jaybird” company! Best Buy should come down hard on them for their inspection processes before they ship their products! I’m bummed! I am hoping someone comes to the table to pick up where LG is dropping the ball in quality and common sense usability in their products for personal audio. LG has completely lost the respect for their recent products from the cops and fellow firefighters I know, and Jaybird was ‘chatted-up’ by the Best buy rep...not sure what to do until I hit the states.
