It really is no better than standard buds that come with a new cellphone; paying $$ just to have them be wireless and cool looking wasn't enough to keep me. Do yourself a favor and get some MMCX ear buds and the Westone Bluetooth cable. It may end up being double or more, but the quality and isolation is far superior.

Please try these troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the issue of your headset's battery:
-Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
-Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
-Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
-To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
-Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
-Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

For future reference, you can try the following for fit:
1. Try without the charger/clip
2. Test over-ear/under-ear fit
3. Test all combinations of eartips and wings, including different sizes in each ear (silicone and foam tips)

As for phone calls, please isolate the issue using different apps and make sure that the buds are selected for Call Audio in the Phone Settings

No noise cancelling.

I needed a Bluetooth headset and the sales rep spoke very highly about these. I asked if they had noise cancelling and was told yes so I bought them. Unfortunately, they do not but you can EQ them. I should have done more homework or even read the box but I was in a rush. I made a bad decision but that happens sometimes.

Also, try a factory reset that can help resolve the connectivity and audio issues that you are experiencing.
1. Turn headphones off
2. Put in Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"")
Headset will flash red and green
3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
Headset will flash Orange 3 times
4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

Sadly, a waste of time and money

It also lasted about a month. This time I had purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy, so I used that for a 3rd set. It lasted about 2 weeks. In each instance, the earbuds stopped charging and playing.

Stopped charging

The biggest problem I encountered is mine would no longer charge or power on within 6 months of use.

Sound suddenly stopped in the right earbud

Could not get any support for the issue and it did not even last a full year. I took very good care of the product, so it isnteresting it happened right when they released a new version of the product.
