I'm waiting on my 2nd replacement pair. Both pairs have stopped charging/won't turn on after a couple months. The worst part is Jaybird Customer Care is HORRIBLE!! Will never buy another Jaybird product.

The earbuds fall off so easy. You can’t put them in without the tips and they don’t give you extra ones. I so tired of losing the ear tips and the headphones falling out while I do anything

Nice headsets that fit in my ear perfectly. I'm sadly disappointed with the battery life. I'm getting about 2.5 hours of battery life. It' requiring a charge every other day.

i've owned 4 pairs of these. No kidding. they last about 2 months each. I got the first 3 pairs replaced by seller without additional charges. Most recent pair i bought at best buy with a warranty. i treat them like gold. The most recent pair I pin above my head to prevent sweat from going down the cord into the control unit. This last pair almost lasted me a year. I would not recommend these to anyone.

    Poor Charger

Was excited to get the X3 for my workouts. The fit is difficult..have tried a few configurations, but still not that comfortable. Sadly I will not get the chance to try another fit. I lost their ridiculous proprietary charger after the first charge and was told by Jaybird they are out of stock for 1-2 months. WHAT?? Product never should have gone to market without replacement parts. I now have a useless pair of headphones.

    Poor sound for the money

The only thing I like about these is that they are quasi wireless and easy to synch up. The sound is very tinny even after making adjustments with their parametric EQ. Bass response is nonexistent. Although it is USB compatible on one end, if you lose the charger cable, the other and is one of a kind so you'll never be able to replace it. I owned 3 sets of another manufacturer under $100 and 2 budget 'cheapo' models under $50 that sounded better.

I didn't like these due to them not being loud enough. The earbuds fall out of ear pretty easily when on treadmill. The worst part of these is the charging cable. There is connector for the earphones connected to the mini usb cable instead of just being able to plug the mini usb into the headphones directly. Why make an extra connector just to charge?

The quality is extremely low for this price point

It's been 3 days since I purchased my Jaybird X3's and here is my experience so far. The packaging is excellent, things were organised perfectly. When I turned on the Jaybird X3's, I began to hear a slight hissing static noise, thinking it would be only for the first time I decided to ignore it. But I was wrong, the static sound was really prominent at low volumes. When I googled about this issue, I was surprised to find that literally majority of the users were facing the same issue, even after getting replacements. This is my 4th day with the X3's and things are getting much worse. Now audio keeps constantly cutting out, it only happens for a second or two but it is really annoying. Thinking it might be an issue with my phone I decided to pair it with my laptop and I was again facing the same issue. The quality of these headphones are extremely terrible for the price they are charging us. I will be returning these very soon.

Headset will flash red and green
      3. Do Reset (double tap the power button)
Headset will flash Orange 3 times
      4. Delete Bluetooth profile from phone
      5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

Test out the headphones and let me know if you’re still having issues.

      1. Try a different music app
      2. Disconnect audio sources, other bluetooth and 3rd party apps; delete earphones from the Bluetooth list
      3. Try different audio sources/phone (other brands, other OS versions)

    Cool headphones, horrible battery life.

I bought the Jaybird x3's to work out with .I Love the sound app you can adjust it to your liking from smooth jazz to bass heavy hip hop. My issue with the headphones is that they are advertised for 8 hours I only get 3 hours out of them and for the price of them you should get what is advertised. I will be taking them back and exchange them to see if I have a defective item. Besides that I really like the headphones.

    Broke

These broke after 6 months of light use. Luckily I had the receipt so I contacted jaybird for a warranty replacement. That process has so far gone on for 2 weeks and they still have not shipped. When the headphones work they are pretty good. The customer service assures I will never purchase another jaybird product again.

    Headphones sucks

If I could give -5 stars I would. I purchase this headphones October 2017 at the bestbuy store. Use my headphones and they stop working, within few months. Call the warranty and the hole process is a pain In the butt. Took over 3 weeks for me to get a replacement. I get the replacement and not even a week of using them I'm running a 6 mile run and guess they stopped working. I call at this point really mad. The guy offered to switch for the latest ones and I said let me give them a last try. Waited over 3 weeks again and when I open the box the same headphones and I used them for few months and the 3rd pair stopped working. Funny is I purchase a jlab head phones that costs less than 20 dollars and they work 100 times better than this ones that cost 140 when I got them back in October 2017. I hate them DONT BUY THEM.

WORST PRODUCT with even worse customer service

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Worst pair of headphones you can buy for $130!!! First charge lasted 6 hours, second charge 5 hours, third charge 3 hours...all the way until a 100% charge lasted 20 mins (3 weeks after purchase). When complaining to Logitech/jaybird, they sent me a link on how to charge and turn on and off the earbuds... Then somehow they started working again, by working I mean I was getting 3 hours/charge. This lasted about two charges then back to the 20 mins at 100%. I finally got them to send me prepaid shipping, but they will not replace until they get them back, inspect them, and then send back to me. Funny part is they give you standard 5 day shipping, so turn around is 2 weeks (pretty sweet for $130, right). SO that is just the product, sprinkle in the fact that every time you email them it takes 2 - 3 days for response, I would suggest buying anything but JayBirds or anything made by Logitech, Inc. That is, unless you are really lucky and you get a good set of "whatever" you buy from them. If that is the case, you should buy a Powerball tonight too.

Sound was okay. I wear these at work and usually keep one in at a time. Even using the clip I had issues with these. Call quality was terrible. Downloaded the app to try and tweak the sound settings but there app is more marketing. Battery only lasted 8 hours. My LG last up to 4 days

Battery died after 6 months of light use

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I purchased X3 on Dec 20, 2016 since it was recommended by a fellow runner. I used it exclusively for my outdoors running in southern califronia, about 2-3 times a week only. I felt great in the beginning since it is my first time to go wireless. It has reasonably good audio, easy to use, and stay in my ear during my run. However, less than 6 months later, the charging light is out. In the beginning, I was not too worried since it still hold charge, I just need to power on to listen to see if it is fully charged. But the problem won't stop there. two weeks later, I found out in the morning that the fully charged X3 is powerless after 3 days of no running. Yesterday, I carefully charge it, and this morning it reports fully charged when I was out for a run. But it only last 20 minutes before it suddenly died. I tried to power it off or on, it just won't respond. I hope my $100+ investment won't go to the toilet after only 6 months of light use.
