Good sound, bad fit

They seemed durable as well. But they just wouldn't stay in my ears. I tried every configuration but they would just fall out of my ears even while sitting still let alone going for a run or doing yardwork. Another plus though is that their customer service was very helpful, in the process now of getting a refund.
