Wireless capabilities were good. Equalizer app very good. Comfort bad Sound could have been better if my ears were the right size. I tried all the earbuds. The best one barely stayed in my ears, but would fall out if I went for a run. Sadly, had to return them.

Was definitely worth the money! Better than all the other "top brands" but jaybird has taken over the top spot by now though!

Worth the money! This is a replacement for my Apple Wireless ear phones. I tried 2 pair of the Apple and had problems. I am hopeful the Jaybird x4 will be better....

Great sound, lightweight, can be used for business conversations or when working out. Need to be careful when running outside as they are great at drowning out background noise.

Solid ear buds the bluetooth works so well I can pair to my iphone and computer at the same time and go back and forth listening on each.

I liked these but my right ear must be freaky and shame on anyone who noticed and never said anything. Regardless the right ear kept falling out. I ultimately had to buy over the top ear holder style...took 3 diff pair to try to find something.

This was a ok product. Didn’t quite have enough bass for me. I’m not into real heavy bass but it was pretty much not there at all. Tried adjustments on the app for the earbuds. Helped a little but not as much as I was looking for

I owned the X3's for about 5 months until they stopped charging all together. I had to pay extra to upgrade to the X4's since they discontinued the old ones. Its only been 25 days, and now these X4's will not charge at all. When plugged in, all I see is a green light, but no charging takes place. I have called Jaybird many times and they just tell me to replace them. Going to try another brand, Jaybird sucks in my personal opinion.

As a company, I like the Jaybird volume control piece, cords and waterproofing. However, the X4 was very difficult to switch between in ear and changing to have the cord go over the ear. You have to switch the ear fins to opposite sides. Just a little time consuming. I like the Tarah the best or the Tarah pro if you like to have an over the ear option. The Tarah pro made my ears sore though. X4 and Tarah have smaller barrels in the ear, both were better than the Tarah pro for that. But there was a lot of fiddling required with the X4 to get ears pieces to work for me.

I really enjoy these! Very easy to set up and they just work! I turn them on. They connect to my phone or laptop. Perfect.

Had the jaybird x3 and then after having it for over two years decidednit was time to upgrade, and so far still in love with these earphones!

I took a chance with new headphones and bought a pair of Jaybird-X4’s, didn’t make it a week. The headphones didn’t stay in place when I was in the gym, the wings and buds hurt when putting the head phones in. Not good.

Great headphones sad they stopped making them. Would def buy as Airpod Alternative

These fit your ears good, sound is really good and they pair easily. If I lost them I would buy them again.

Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loved them. She didn’t want AirPods . She uses these for the gym everyday .

This product is horrible! The ear pieces easily come apart and get lost! The charger is too small and not accessible with any other phone chargers!
