      Please try these troubleshooting steps that can help to resolve the issue of your headset's battery:

      -Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
      -Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
      -Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
      -To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
      -Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
      -Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

      For future reference, you can try the following for secure/comfortable fit:

      1. Test over-ear/under-ear fit
      2. Test all combinations of eartips and wings, including different sizes in each ear (silicone and foam tips)

    After only a few months, the headphones stopped working, giving only a green light when charging despite thew battery being dead. After a few days, it finally took a charge and connected but the green light stayed on despite it being off and would drain the battery. Today, while running after a full charge, the headphones died again and are back to only a green light when charging. I am beginning to think the sweat/water resistance is incredibly poor on these. Grateful I paid for the protection plan. Guess I am headed to Best Buy tomorrow to exchange for a non-Jaybird product, since I have been reading online that the quality has gone downhill.

    Sounds great when they’re not cutting in and out

    Good look and sound and physical quality but the Bluetooth connections not the best. Cuts in and out when you turn your head and the longer you have and use them the worse it gets until one side doesn’t work then the other side stops and you have to replace them. This is my second pair. Definitely get the warranty

    I had these Headphones for about 1 Month and after 2 weeks one of the buds broke at the point where plastic met cord and it came apart, and all I did was have them either on my desk or in my pocket inside of its case. I like these but I believe the need a better build
