Big bang for a small speaker. The JBL charge 3 speaker is well worth the money and easy to use. My brother had one and I fell in love with it. I'm glad I have my own now.

Took this Camping with me just after purchasing as I was tight in space and no room for a boom box. This packs a punch and gives some deep deep base !! Deftly a must have.

This speaker is great all-around. The sound is awesome and the battery life is fantastic. I take the speaker everywhere and the waterproof factor is great in that regard. I never have to worry about the weather or if it is going to get wet sitting by the river. Being waterproof, the speaker is still very powerful and sound great. Additionally, the built-in power bank makes it a great tool to have for a day at the lake or by the river.

This unit is a great combination of sound for the cost and size. Are there bigger/lounder units, yes but they are more expensive. Are there smaller cheaper units, yes but they sound like bad (honestly). This is the SWEET SPOT - small portable and not too expensive. If yo u are using outside, keep in mind it is small and the sound will dissipate quickly so in that case you may want to consider something with a bit more power.

I have 2 of these, and I absolutely love the sound they produce. Pairing them together creates a great surround sound feel. I've dropped them in the pool to test the waterproofing, and let me tell you, they are waterproof! I don't recommend this, but after awhile I felt like putting it to the test. Battery life is great. Awesome overall product!!

Sounds great with a long lasting battery and also build with great quality. The product looks likes it would be a surround sound but it only amplifies one direction.

I use this for work. It can get very loud with out distortion (much louder than I would ever listen to it). the battery life has been one of the best I have found so far. I have had 4 different speakers like this and it has by far the best battery. I use this primarily for sports podcast but have listened to music on it and it is clear and has pretty good base. I would buy this one again before buying any other brand

I thought my son was off his rocker when he asked for a $150 waterproof speaker, but the sound is phenomenal sound AND is waterproof for “shower-rock out sessions!”

Bought this speaker for the beach. Had no problems using it in the elements. Bass could be better but overall sound is great. Definitely loud enough for outside use.

I purchased this for my husband last Christmas and he absolutely loves this product! He takes it everywhere and even uses it to charge his cellphone! Great product!

The Charge 3 is a great little speaker. It has a very good all around sound. At normal volumes it has great bass, perhaps a little too much. But that's better than not enough. I haven't tested out the waterproofing of it and i really don't plan on it getting wet. If you can get it for under $100 like i did it's well worth it.

I’ve been using this speaker for about 2 years and I love it. Matter of fact I bought an identical one so I can use the pair for clear crisp sounds when I have people over for a party. The battery lasts forever and it truly is waterproof. I took these to the Bahamas and threw them in a boat with me and even though they were exposed to salt water and rain they held up fine.

Have had this for a month and I love this speaker. Has all the features you could want in a portable. Long battery life, good sound, water/shockproof, handles phone calls & it will even charge your other devices because it has a huge battery. While it won't play music in the water it does float so if it falls in it won't sink to the bottom which comes in handy if your using it on a boat in deep water.

This speaker has such quality sound. It's crisp and clear with a lot of bass. You won't be disappointed in this product. I would recommend this product to others

Love the sound and portability of this device. I've been able to connect to it via my Samsung phone, custom computer (with Bluetooth USB) and most recently with our Samsung TV. One minor issue is that the volume can't be controlled by the TV (via the remote) - the volume is managed on the speaker itself. The phone and computer can control the volume. Slightly more than I wanted to spend, but so far it seems worthwhile.

Easy to connect to a phone. Sounds great. Didn't realize it had capability to be used as a phone handsfree device as well, so that was a nice unexpected bonus.
