This is actually my 2nd review of this sound bar. Loved it, but didnt love the remote very much. Just bought a new 4k tv. DIRECTV came out with my new 4k box and remotes. The new remotes can be programmed to work the sound bar! It works great! We've had this for almost a year now with no problems. Have Bluetoothed it with the phones and ipad. Works great with those too! Love it even more now that I don't have to use the remote that came with it haha.

Love this set up for my small home theatre! Great for movies with action scenes as well as music. I use the optical set up to my Sony 4k TV and could not be happier. Can't forget to mention the subwoofer is great.

just as good as the Sonos bar and sub but $1000 cheaper.. Bluetooth is easy to use and the subwoofer is great.

I have had this sound bar for several months now. It was easy to set up and the sound is great. I have had no issues with quality or the connection with the wireless sub. My issue with this system is the remote. It is absolutely horrible and I cannot get it to work with my Dish remote. If you can get over the remote issue, you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this sound bar! !! Is a Lil pricy but it's soooo worth it! You will not find anything better. Killer bass too! It literally sounds like your in a imax theatre..

Love the sleek look of this sound bar and the sound is just right for this 60-something viewer in a not so huge room. Don't need to be blasted out of our seats to get the cinema sound. The remote could be a little bigger and easier to see those little itty bitty buttons.

Loved my soundbar! Never imagined how great the bass of the subwoofer would be. It is great. 2 things to be considered: remote control too small (you will eventually lose it - it sizes a small credit card) AND remote control does not have Bluetooth button - what a disaster). Apart from that, sound is GREAT.

I did a lot of research on sound bars.Out of all the sound bars out there this one by far was the best unit for the price of $500.The bass is deep and rich, the highs and mids are very impressive, the blue tooth is a great and problem free feature. Watching any movie sounds better than any unit I've ever owned.I returned the energy sound bar with the 10 inch sub woofer due to the weakness of the unit.Best thing since sliced bread.I say that to say this the only way to make this sound bar better is too give it away free of charge;$

I originally intended to buy the Bose Cinemate 15, but was introduced to the JBL SB400 by a sales representative. I was hesitant at first but after reading the reviews down below and testing the JBL, I fell in love with the product. The quality of the sound is awesome. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to grab a good quality sound bar.

It's no Bose or Sonos, but it's got a much better price point! For $200 less than a soundbar from either of those two, you also get a woofer, which is nice. I can hear the dialog well during movies, but it still puts out plenty of sound for the explosions, music, etc. It's much better than the cheaper bars out there when it comes to hearing dialog and also not having to max out the volume to get good sound. The only problem is that it has a different setup for mounting the bar to the TV itself than most bars out there. That made it more difficult to mount with the normal mount bars, but we managed to make it work.

I was setting up a home theatre in an unusual space that isn't conducive to a full surround system. This is the first time I've used a sound bar, and I could not be happier with the result. I have full, darn-near theatrical level sound. Fabulous product.

It has extremely impressive sound quality. I'd recommend buying a better quality digital optics cable than the one they give you but other than that there is only amazingness.

My husband had been dying to get this for so long. Went in on black friday and took it home. I was so amazed how easy it was to setup and what sound power it had. I felt like I was in the theater. Loved that it was wireless too. So far so good!

This thing sounds great for surround sound in a RV. Easy to connect Bluetooth and sync sub.

Great sound system unbelievable movie sounds worth every penny

I purchased this soundbar because I want the best possible sound I can get for my money. I am a musician and can't take bad sound. this sound bar does everything I would expect and more, including proper equalization with appropriate bass. Simple hookup and best buy customer service finalizes the BEST BUY for your buck!

I wish I'd read the reviews on the JBL site. This looks great. I lost the remote (it's tiny) before I even installed this. I have experienced a couple "popping" incidents from the sub. The unit looks and sounds great. HDMI inputs are poorly designed and good luck fitting a cable in there. They run north/south, not east/west and there is a 'lip' which will defeat any chance of not bending your HDMI into a pretzel if you wall mount. What were engineers thinking? The source button requires 3-5 clicks to get it to shift to the next input, ARC input would not recognize my cable, and the sound cuts out in the middle of switching channels, requiring a reboot. Going to try and return.
