    Bought this speaker twice, when it worked it was cool but after about 3 days it just completely stopped working.....two times in a row. I called JBL customer service and they were 0 help. I won't be buying a JBL product ever again.

    Not worked google assistance for me. I have returned and got new 20 series with little excess money.

    This until only works when plugged in and everytime it turns off you have to reconnect to Google. Best buy wouldn't exchange it so now we are having to go through the hassle if the JBL warranty.

    I had issues connecting to the bluetooth and received a replacement, then the battery on the 2and unit died out.. will never go with JBL again

    The device was a bit bulky for travel. There were too many questions asked when setting up the speaker. Every time i went to use the speaker it would ask yet another question, it felt like someone was listening in on my responses. I thought the speaker would play my music a little louder.

    first one wouldn't stay on even when plugged in, second one wouldn't charge at all. Great concept, just didn't work. Didn't think 3rd time would be the charm so gave up.

    PLAN ON HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN

    I purchased 2 Link 10 speakers. They both died within 6 months. JBL sent me a refurbished speaker to replace the first one that died. The refurbished unit was defective out of the box. The second one died. So I made JBL send me two new units. I purchased these speakers on January 2 2019. Today is August 24 2020. I am righting this because both of these units died in less than one week. These were never taken outside and have been sitting on a table in my living room since the day I received the 2 replacement units. Both plugged into high quality Anker chargers. Do you think this much money for speakers is reasonable for less than two years of use? No Way,.

    I only have this for over 1 month and it stopped working can't turn on tried all suggestions and nothing works and can not return passed the 30 days.

    Not good. The volume is only recognizable after 50/60 levels. Below it is not audible. Also recently Google Home Assistant is not working and unable to set it up again

    This is the first Google Assistant enabled speaker I've yet to use, and the first JBL I've had in a long time, and I have to say, the quality is amazing. To start with, the setup could not be easier. I installed the Google Home app, turned on the speaker, hit next a whole bunch, it found the speaker and everything was set up with very little hassle. One point to note here is that it does not set up bluetooth at this time. You can either do that by hitting the bluetooth button on top of the speaker or by activating it from inside the app, not annoying just something to be aware of. The sound quality is great, easily on par with or better than every other portable speaker of its size, especially those pill shaped ones, you know what I mean. It plays all of my music and my audio books with excellent clarity, is not muddy or tinny and provides a great, room filling experience. The only down side I've even found about this speaker is they chose to have the charging be a micro-usb port instead of USB type-c. Not a big negative, but with everything moving to USB type-C at this time, I figure they should have jumped on the bandwagon. Oh, and they dont include an AC adapter, just a USB-to-micro USB cable for charging. Again, minor annoyances for an otherwise great speaker. Get this. You will not be disappointed.

    The speaker is pretty small, but the rich sound from it is similar to larger speakers. I keep mine in a fairly large room and you can hear it comfortably anywhere in the room without turning it up real loud. Setup was easy. Use bluetooth to connect with your phone and you are ready to go. Google assistant responds quickly when asked. Overall, love the speaker. The only con in my opinion is the battery life. It is less than many of these types of speakers.

    This is a great little speaker with google assistant built in. It out performs the google home speaker for sound reproduction and clarity. It can pickup your command clear across a 20 by 27 foot room even when volume is maxed out. The google home is very hard press to pickup your commands when playing at max volume and worse if voice command is issued far from speaker. The speaker is beautiful, hefty and feels good grip wise when moving it from room to room which is a super plus over the powered outlet bound google home speaker. I got about four and half hours of continuous music play. The Bluetooth connection to your phone is easy to establish but you must reestablish each time using phone setting whenever the speaker is powered down or powered back up. It does always automatically reestablish connection with your WiFi but not your prior connected BLUETOOTH devices. Also this is a Great speaker for small outdoors with good battery life but would be better than perfect if a power charging adapter was included and not just a USB charging cable.
