I should start out by saying that I first bought this product for my sister and she loved it, and in fact continues to love it. It sounded so great I got one for myself, and it has been very disappointing. I like the look of the speaker and the sound quality is good. The Google assistant part is certainly fun. But my speaker powers off randomly all the time, constantly loses its connection to the Internet, and constantly gets confused by different Bluetooth devices in the room, and requires frequent restarting. My sense is I just got a bad unit, but for a product of this price and it’s supposed quality it was pretty disappointing.

Super easy to set up and has an amazing sound quality. We use around the house, I love that has battery so we can just take everywhere.

This speaker is so easy to use. It came with google assistant which was awesome. Compact but great sound and Best Buy had it at an amazing price.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad and he loves it. It’s easy to use, responds to voice directions correctly and has good sound quality.

This was purchased for a children's hospital in Lima Peru, the children and staff really enjoy the quality of sound and durability, set up easy.

I love this speaker. It can be used as a smart speaker with Google Assistant or just bluetooth. Sound quality is everything expected from JBL.

Bought it because it works with my Google home. Linked up easily and picks up my voice without any issues. You do have to give it a minute to link up to the WiFi when you first turn it on. Not a big deal like most people say. What rush are you really in to listen to music. Sounds great and I like being able to tell it to raise and lower the volume via "Hey Google".

Louder than expected and great quality. Was not the easiest to set up but once that was done it was smooth sailing.

I was looking to start a smart home via the Google Assistant route and purchased this speaker as my initial device. It works great and sounds great. Only drawback is the Google firmware version is way behind so some of the newer features available on the Google Home are not available on this device. I spoke to JBL and they say they are working on an update but do not have a release date yet.

It was an easy set up and has a great sound. The looks blend in with the room.

It's not perfect and the support is not really helpful, or existing, because Google and J.B.L. want to pawn you off to each other, telling you that it's an issue with the other. Also, the Google Home application is not fully functional with this particular Google Assistant, which makes no sense. It's a Google Assist, just with different speakers. Come on, Google. Get with it. Since I don't have a smartphone, and use it with my tablet, I can only tell you how it doesn't work for certain things, like calling people. It might, with a smartphone. It can play actual radio stations, by way of tune in and i heart radio. It plays playlists, "radio" stations, and songs (but plays the "radio station of the song instead of just the song). You can have it wake you up to a song, but it plays the song as a "radio" station. You can get it to play sounds for sleep, by saying "play relaxation sounds." or "play nature sounds.". A great thing about it is that it's portable. When I take it to the bathroom to listen to music or the news, in the shower, it's not "beyond my control. We all need control. I am the modern man.". Sometimes, it has randomly stopped playing music, or the news. It also pronounces things that I say, incorrectly, sometimes. I could go on for a bit, about the pros and cons, but you just have to test it out and see if it's good for you. Overall, it's pretty useful.

This BT & WiFi speaker is a good value at promo sale price of $79. Having Goggle Assistant is an added plus. We have 9 Google Mini Home Chromecast Ultra, and Chromecast Audio units .We were combining an older JBL Pulse 2 with a Chromecast Audio. Now we have a single platform. Sound quality is very good for any single room up to 20x20. Great for outdoors. Highly recommend.

excellent audio and an easy setup, With the option of different languages

I own a JBL Charge3 so our expectations were set high. We bought this thinking this would be the portable smart speaker that would solve our willingness to give into a smart speaker. The sound was good but, not great. The choice of google assistant wasn't working for us. We didn't like google's news options. We returned it.

The sound quality is good and the google assistant works effortlessly.

This device, as well as all JBL devices sound great. Unfortunately, I hade issues with the Bluetooth connection and my phone. I should have to charge the device and connect to the interest to use it. My phone never found the device when searching for the speaker. I tried for over 2 days.....

My son loves this speaker. Super easy to use and it gets pretty loud. He uses it on his daily walks.

its pretty good, I got it because I enjoyed my previous JBL speaker, downside u can't use it fresh out the box if you're not home, I bought it and took it straight to work to use it, but couldn't because the first time u use it, no matter what option u wanna use, it can't be until it's set up to your wifi. fortunately after that first set up, wifi isn't required
