Damage Claim
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They delivered and installed the product on 11/17/2023. There is nothing wrong with the product but when they are installing it the technician damaged my brand new floor. I file a claim right away but up to this time nothing has been done by Sedgwick Claims Management Services who handled all the claims from Best Buy. It is frustrating since it's over six months now and my claim is still pending.

Fabulous Experience at Best Buy Again

Very knowledgeable about appliances! Gave us time to think about the cost, ordering, and installation. We came back a week later and bought 3 appliances!

Defect by Design: Jenn Air Electric Wall Ovens
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchaes a model JJW2430IM in 2021. Waiting a long tome for delivery from May to Oct due to covid. Within 3-4 months when running above 350 experienced alarm and we had to switch the breaker to reset. It was installed into my new custome kitchen. Well service at the time said the panel needed replacement however they did not have the part. I also was mot interested in potentially damaging my custome kitchen having it removed. They offered an exchange as i had the extended warranty. Well i figured we will live with the defect. Not it is no long an intermittent fault. It just does not work. The oven is still under warranty. We not have to remove it and get an exchange. I believe this oven is a defective design. Very disappointed. Beautiful oven hut defective by design. I also recent read other reviews with similar issues.

JennAir- would look for a better option...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One star for looks. Otherwise pretty disappointing. Bought this JennAir oven based on positive reviews without seeing a display model (COVID times) and waited several months for it. Oven is slow to reach temperature setting. UI is slow to respond and clunky. Malfunctioned in only 2 years! Keeps rebooting and shutting down. Not buying JennAir again!
