I like them. Great sound, and the battery lasts long. My only issue is they sometimes slip out of your ear. Great quick connection to devices, and excellent phone call sound. I love the housing the earbuds come in because it has the USB charger built into the case.

I successfully paired these earbuds with my phone in literally 8 seconds after taking them out of the case.
Awesome audio when playing music and making phone calls. Switch the blue foam tips for best sound isolation. Bought a pair for myself and another my wife today. Voice clarity is excellent on calls. No need to ask her to repeat what she said when on a call. Complete control from the ear pieces, No need to control from phone after pairing. Listened to music for 5hrs and 50 minutes before they died. Popped them back in the case and let charge for 15 minutes and was able to get another 1.5 hrs of play time.
Placed in the case for 2.5 hours for full charge from empty.
Was able to charge these earbuds 4 times (from empty) before I needed to charge the case again.

Purchased these ear buds based on reviews I read. What they didn't say is how easy they were to fall out from busy activity. They sound great, awesome battery life and comfortable...they just fall out if you are doing a lot of bending and lifting and do not qork independently. I upgraded to another Jlab with an over the ear style aftet they broke from constant falling to the ground..

While I returned my first pair because they didn't seem to be fully charging, my 2nd pair has been good. I had a hunch the issue with the 1st pair was just random, and they seemed like quality earbuds, so I chanced trying another pair. They link easily with my work and personal cell phone (iphone & android) and I can hear folks well most of the time. Any issues with clarity is usually the other person's phone, speaker, or whatever - it's rare and that is why I don't blame the earbuds for the issues. I don't utilize any of the fancy aspects, so I can't comment on those. I keep the volume at 1 place and don't mess with them. But, So far so good - only 1 month in!

I’ve seen a lot of reviews with issues with the left side dropping connection etc and so far haven’t had that issue. I’ve used them consistently the past two days and they work great. I find the bass booster EQ to be the most balanced. The “balanced” one sounds a bit flat to me and the other one the highs are a bit too present. The bass on bass boost is nice but not crazy powerful. Just sounds full.
I’ve found the cloud foam tips to stay in the best. I work in a bakery and am constantly moving around and had no problem with them staying in my ear (note: I did have to adjust once or twice in the first 15 min of wearing, but after that they were fine).
So far so good! Definitely a good option for the price!

I have been using these daily for a week now and am 100% satisfied with them. My biggest concerns before purchase were connectivity, fit, and controls - and none of those have been an issue.
Connectivity - the initial pairing to my phone was simple and intuitive. After that, every time I remove the earbuds from the case they automatically connect to each other and my phone with no hiccups.
Fit - This varies by ear size, but right out of the box they fit well for me. The optional Cush Fins are on the earbuds from the get go, and those help keep them in place for working out, but I prefer to take them off for regular listening. They don't feel to large or heavy in my ears. The case isn't too big - I can put it in my pocket with my wallet just fine.
Controls - The touch controls are intuitive and responsive.
Overall, the sound is great, they are easy to use, and are comfortable to wear. No regrets!

They fit well, they sound great, the battery is amazing, the only issue I have is that they have difficulty stating connected when there are too many other wireless signals around.

As normal, there is some difficulty with the ear fit, but they do have quite a few options. Mine actually fit alright out of the box. I am not a fan of ear buds as I prefer over the ear headphones. However, I am impressed with these and the sound quality. I especially like the ease of use where they automatically connect to my phone as soon as I remove them from the charging case. And the charging case is compact and very easy to use. I have yet to have them go dead before recharging and I use them for several hours at a time.

Got these to break free from the wires. I have used Apple earpods for years. They work, but i have a hard time keeping them in my ears. They fall out more often than I like. I purchased these JBuds based on reviews and figured I'd return them if they didn't work out. It took a couple of weeks of trial and error finding the best eartips. The rubber ones stay in best, but the foam ones are the most comfortable. If you can't find a good fit with any of these tips you may struggle finding any that fit well. My only complaint is the proprietary USB connector cord. We'll see how well it holds up over time.

The right earbud stopped working after about two months of normal use (I used the earbuds during work-out for 30-40 minutes per day, 4-5 days a week). I have tried several earphones and none of them was broken this quick. The sound quality was good, easy to pair with my phone and they would last a couple of days after being fully charged, which was good.

Best value for my Money

I know you can spend hundred of bucks on those really high end earbuds and I can bet you that I got 1000 times my money worth and saved 100's in the process and to boot. if for some unfortunate reason I break these or lose them I am not out all that money. Yea it is 60 or 70 I am out but it is better than 3 or 4 hundred.
I have had no problems with these at all, no connection, charging or quality issues. They work every-time and they work great.

So, I may have gotten a defective product but mine didn't hold a charge what so ever. Though, the sound was good FOR THE PRICE... I originally bought them for a temporary substitute, but they just couldn't last for me. It was unfortunate, 'cause JLab is usually a trustworthy company.

Had a lot of trouble with this brand recently. One of them quit charging after a month and the volume started going way down to where I could barely hear anything even when volume was turned all the way up.
