Very happy with my JBuds mini
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am surprised at the sound quality I’m getting from those earbuds, totally worth the asking price. Because are so small, they fit perfectly. Pairing was instant, no random disconnection like another JBuds model I have, no issues. I use them to listen to audiobooks mostly, one ear at a time, battery life around 5-6 hour each, together with the charging case I can use them continuously from morning till evening. Very discrete, people do not seems to notice that I’m wearing them… Recommended, you cannot go wrong for the price. USB C cable & case charging light is the cherry on the top.

Buds Mini True Wireless Earbuds are a great pick
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're looking for a cool pair of earbuds that won't break the bank, check out the JLab - JBuds Mini True Wireless Earbuds. They're small, but they pack a punch when it comes to sound and style. The black design looks sharp and goes with everything, which is a nice bonus. One of the best things about these earbuds is that they're totally wireless. That means no more dealing with annoying cords that get tangled up. Whether you're hitting the gym, riding the bus, or just chilling at home, these earbuds let you move freely and enjoy your music without any hassle. When it comes to sound, these little earbuds will surprise you. They play your music loud and clear, with enough bass to make your favorite songs sound great. It doesn't matter what kind of music you're into; these earbuds can handle it all and make it sound fantastic. Comfort is key with earbuds, and the JBuds Mini nails it. They fit snugly in your ears, so they won't fall out, but they're also really comfortable, so you can wear them for a long time without your ears hurting. They come with a few different sizes of ear tips, so you can find the perfect fit for your ears. The battery life on these earbuds is pretty solid. They last long enough on a single charge to get you through the day, and the charging case they come with gives them even more juice when you need it. Plus, they have some handy touch controls that make it super easy to skip songs, pause your music, or answer calls without having to dig out your phone. All in all, the JLab - JBuds Mini True Wireless Earbuds are a great pick if you want quality earbuds without spending a ton of money. They look cool, sound great, and are super convenient to use. Whether you're buying them for yourself or as a gift for someone else, these earbuds are sure to be a hit.

Small Earbuds That Pack A Bigger Punch
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these earbuds from the Jonesboro Rd Location a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with these earbuds. I love them to death because I have small ears and not a ton of earbuds fit my ears for workouts, working, etc. I have never felt like any earbud was worth my money until these came into view. They are very affordable for budget people and non budget alike. I would highly recommend these to anybody (escpecially those who have small ears and canals. Also, working out to bass with these isn't top notch but you can definitely feel like your immersed when doing different things.

Great Buds, Minor Issues
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tired their AirGo and was very impressed so when i heard about their smallest earbuds i had to try these. Unfortunately there are issues I have with these Minis that have to be said. I would like to say they sound pretty good and i like how it comes with a key ring so you can attach it to keys or Firstly, they seem to have connectivity issues. When connecting to other devices i found that one ear bud had trouble syncing so i had to disconnect and reconnect before fixing the issue. Its minor but for something so new i didnt excect it.

Small but Mighty
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every product has tradoffs, but I'm very pleased with the decisions behind this product. These headphones are tiny and light weight- once in place they are super comfortable and stay in place exceptionally well (most ear buds of this style I've tried don't stay in nearly so well). I'm happy with the sound, they won't outperform expensive IEMs, but they aren't in competition with that, and perform great at the price point they are in. I have been using mine for multiple hours everyday for several weeks. I'll frequently hook the case to my belt loop and when I take them out to talk to others, I'll drop them in to charge, and I'll charge the case if I'm sitting in one place for a while (eg my desk). I have not had any issues with the battery life- but it is the weakest element. If I have the 'hear-through' mode on, I get about 3 hours of use, and about twice that without it. I liked them enough to buy a second pair for my daughter. *Note that the optional eartips (memory foam) JLabs sells fit the ear peice, but the case does not have room for them to fit nicely. I preferred the fit of the included eartips for these, though I generally prefer the acoustic foam tips.

1000% NO COMPLAINTS!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE THESE EARBUDS! I got them for Christmas, I have VERY small ears so every earbud i've owned falls out easily and I always have to adjust them. These earbuds, I have no need to adjust them every 5 minutes I can move around happily and not worry that they will fall out. Now, the sound, EVEN BETTER! For being a wireless earbud they have amazing bass and just a good general sound, its like I'm at a concert. I love it!

Cute Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for pink earbuds specifically and am pretty happy with these. The sound quality is pretty decent- its not the best if you’re an audiophile but if you’re looking to listen to music and podcasts casually you’ll be happy. It’s got decent tone and functionality. The microphone isn’t the best but I really only use them on walks or for work.

Great for riding motorcycles
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband uses these while hes on his motorcycle. He says it blocks out unnecessarily sounds (to an extent) and he can listen to music comfortably. Battery life is about 4 hours. They take about 30 minutes to an hour to charge. The case is smaller than most cases out there. We highly recommend them!

Surpising Little Buds That Turned Out To Be A Hit
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn’t call myself an expert at audio, but I am very familiar with earbuds and headsets. I’ve got 4 sets I currently switch between daily for work, play, working out and calling. I’m always swapping between earbuds and headsets, trying to find the best set for each of my uses. This also let’s my Girlfriend try out just as many, but she has not yet found a good fit and has only settled for using one currently. I’m adding the JLab – JBuds Mini True Wireless Earbuds to the mix to see if I can replace any of my existing ones or find a favorite for my girlfriend. Pros: - Small size. - Great sound. - 5.5hrs of battery life per bud plus 20hrs total in case. Cons: - Noise Cancelling is only okay for both listening and voice. - Default settings for Touch Controls are overwhelming. My Initial thought was how crazy small these earbuds are, the term mini doesn’t give it justice! The JBuds Mini earbuds measure in at 0.90” by 0.55” by 0.78”, that’s small enough to fit one earbud on a quarter and both just a little over the edge! These buds are tiny, and the case isn’t much bigger. The case easily fits in a pocket without feeling bulky or awkward. The case measures in at 1.77” by 1.38” by 0.95”, leaving very little wasted space. The size of the JLab – JBuds Mini is perfect for on the go use. I found these easy to pair right out of the box, no software required for pairing. Just open the earbuds, put them in your ears, and go to the Bluetooth pairing on your device. That simple. The multipoint feature works great, allowing you to connect to multiple devices at the same time. Just disable the Bluetooth on your first device, then pair the earbuds with a second device as you did with the first, and once connected to the second device, enable the Bluetooth on the first device. I was surprised I could do all this out of the box without needing to download any software! I do recommend downloading the JLab app on your primary device, as this allows you to update the firmware of the earbuds, register for warranty coverage and adjust the settings. Within the app there are settings for: - Be Aware mode which allows ambient noise through so you can listen to music or calls while still being aware of your surroundings. - Equalizer with a few presets but also the option to manually adjust the frequencies. - A guide to the Touch Controls, which is needed as there are up to 11 different commands. - Modes for Music or Movie. - Safe Hearing settings set a limit on the Maximum dB the device will produce. - Firmware Updates, which helps fix issues or add new features. Again, I was impressed by the overall performance for the size of the ear buds. Music sounded great on the JBuds Mini, the default Equalizer setting is a JLab Signature (EQ 1) that I found to be well balanced for most of the music I listened to. The Equalizer has 3 preset Equalizers: 1. JLab Signature, 2. Balanced, and 3. Bass Boost. There is also a custom slot that can be manually adjusted. For general use or workouts, I found the JBuds Mini to be perfect as they were easy to keep on hand in a pocket or bag, the IP55 waterproofing kept them working even with a good sweat, and the noise canceling kept the audio in focus. So far, I’ve not had any issues with these falling out of my ears or becoming uncomfortable during longer uses, I had these in for 4 hours between working out and a longer walk outside in one session with no discomfort. On the call quality side, I found that the sound coming in from the calls was clear and easy to hear. I had to turn down the volume of the calls often in comparison to when listening to music. But the noise canceling for the Mic was only okay, it didn’t really cut out the excessive background noise caused from cars or a lawnmower, though my caller was still able to hear my voice through the background noise. Not perfect, but hopefully more options and improvements come in a future update. Additionally, there is a Be Aware mode that lets you hear the ambient noise around you for safety, it works well, blending the audio you are listening to and ambient noise. There are 8 unique Touch Control commands that can be used at one time, which is a bit much and to have all the commands available at once requires both earbuds. Both earbuds have 3 shared controls that are the same for Answer, Hanging Up and Rejecting a call, which covers the main concerns I have for touch controls. The JLab app allows for further customization for the Touch Controls, allowing you to set the specific action for up to 8 commands, 4 on each earbud. It also allows you to disable Touch Control all together or specific commands if you want a simpler experience. Either way, I will probably have to pick up another set of these, because as soon as my Girlfriend saw the JLab – JBuds Mini she thought they were both cute and the perfect size for her. She is rather picky on ear buds, often having an issue with finding a set that stays in her ears while being comfortable to wear for any duration. The JBuds Mini were the perfect fit, both in size and comfort for her. I doubt I’ll get this pair back, so guess I’m ordering up another set. Overall, I really enjoyed using the JLab – JBuds Mini while I could and will be adding them to my rotation of earbuds for their size, fit, and features. As well, I’ll be gifting a set to my Girlfriend to replace her aging pair. I would recommend these for anyone who has had issues with the fit or feel of other earbuds and who wants something that can easily fit into a pocket or bag for use anywhere.

The Goldilocks of earbuds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive been using these cool tiny earbuds for the past few days and I gotta say that they are pretty awesome. Battery life is excellent, I’ve yet to charge the tiny case (which recharges the earbuds) and when I put them in this morning for use, the voice told me battery 100%! Jlab claims 5.5 hours per session and 20 hours per case charge. It seems very accurate because I haven’t charged the case since day one and I’m average about 2 hours a day + the one night I fell asleep with them in my ears and the little case still has juice. I gotta mention that when I fell asleep with them on, they didn’t fall out of my ears. Something i appreciate because I tend to lay down for bed with earbuds in so I don’t disturb my partner while listening to podcasts while falling asleep. The buds have a very nice and tight yet comfortable fit. Sound quality is very decent. No it’s not the best I’ve heard, but considering their size and fit. They sound quite good and I have no complaints. If you download the JLab app, which I recommend. You can use an equalizer to give them a bass or treble boost. I like the “JLab signature” preset. It sounds quite nice and balanced to my ears. You can also update the firmware with the app. My only complaint about these earbuds is that the touch controls are a little finicky for my big fingers because the earbuds are so small that my ear covers some of the touch surface of the earbud :D. It’s not a huge deal since you can use the app to control everything. They work, but they take some getting used to. All in all, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of wireless earbuds without spending a ton of money. They’ve held a steady and reliable connection, they connect quickly when I put them in my ears, they sound good and are comfortable in my ears. You don’t need to spend a lot to get great quality. JLab provides an excellent value with these tiny earbuds. The case is so small, I forget that they are in my pocket sometimes!

Connectivity problem, convenience excellence.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the Jbuds Minis aren’t going to impress an audiophile when compared to things much larger (and harder on the wallet), anyone who is looking for a compact and quality set of headphones are going to be surprised with how good they are… when they work. ***QUALITY:*** The case these come in is durable matte plastic. I know its durable because the very first thing I did - while getting these out of the packaging - is drop them on my frozen gravel driveway. Gratefully, I could not discern any damage to the case, and the headphones didn’t come out. Opening the case, I was greeted with teenie-tiny headphones (apparently made from the same plastic) with charge tab covering stickers and rubbery bud tips. Peeling the charge tab stickers off resulted in… ***SETUP:*** …an immediate prompt by Google Play Services “Devices” to connect to the JBuds Minis, complete with an accurate picture of the devices. I haven’t seen this with other headphones. Kinda neat, but also intrusive, since I was still trying to take photos! Foolproof, though, if you don’t know how to make them pair. If you end up swiping away the prompt, you can simply turn bluetooth off and back on in your phone settings to get the prompt back. ***FEATURES:*** 1.) Size. Clearly. And better than just being compact, the case actually has a keychain attachment! And should you still somehow manage to misplace the charging case, 2.) you can hold the outsides of each bud to turn them on. This happens quickly. Some of the best features can be described by discussing controls, so that’s next. ***CONTROLS:*** R.) The right bud can be tapped to turn volume up, double-tapped to pause, held to skip forward, and the showstopper - triple tap to activate “Be Aware” and pass through audio. I never expected such a feature on something so small, but here it is. L.) The left bud can be tapped to turn volume down, and double-tappable for Google Assistant. I suspect Siri can be called the same way. A triple tap changes the sound mode; “JLab Signature” sounds great, though… ***SOUND:*** …out of the box, these are kind of bass-heavy. If you have an equalizer section in your phone settings, I would suggest going there to hike some of the mids and highs higher, and kick down some of the bass (more on this later). There is one big caveat here: if they don’t fit right - like, if they come out a bit - the bass goes bye-bye. Keep this in mind if you intend on placing other tips on the JLabs Minis; you have to get an airtight fit. As I said before, these aren’t the best things I’ve heard, but your SO won’t have a problem looking at the credit card bill when it comes. ***FIT:*** 1.) For my ears, they fit well. Unlike ANY other wireless earbuds I’ve tried, I can lay down against a pillow with these in and not immediately regret my decision. In the wrong position you can still feel sharpness, so they won’t be great for sleeping, but otherwise they are comfortable - especially considering you have to stick them in your ear-holes. 2.) When I jump around, the right bud comes out, so they won’t be a perfect solution for exercise unless you try a different set of tips. None come in the box, and the driver tunnels are smaller than typical. My extras were for a larger size, so I lost air-tightness, but snugness improved. I imagine this will be how I typically enjoy the buds (in an exercise context, because 3.) they’re hard to grab in a social setting. There isn’t much to grab onto, and you’ll try to avoid activating touch controls, so it’s very likely taking a bud out will result in a drop. For this reason, I’ll use larger ones when working. The larger ones DON’T work 4.) for wearing in my motorcycle helmet, though, and these work GREAT. No other headphones have been such a good option for this use case. Covering them with my helmet _did_ uncover a problem with them, though… ***DRAWBACKS:*** …just as I was dialing in the sound and feeling impressed with the fit of the JBuds Mini while wearing my helmet, I started experiencing connectivity issues. Every few seconds one or both buds were cutting out. If this was where it ended I would suggest you steer clear - but I had a thought; "is there a firmware update?" I went to the Google Play store to look for an app. Fortunately, the JLab app came through with a firmware update available. The update seemed to have alleviated the connectivity problem, but in further hours of testing it happened again. I found a tutorial on "resetting" them and that seems to have done the trick (again). One bonus of this troubleshooting was that I discovered an equalizer in the JLab app, and the ability to customize controls. Excellent. ***CONCLUSION:*** I haven’t extensively tested battery life, but if they get half the claimed “20 hours”, that’ll be good for me. The sound isn’t the highest quality, but I didn’t expect that. The fit is very good, and with the right tips will likely be great for exercising. When the summer comes, these look promising for motorcycling. They have a keychain to keep you from losing them - but not to keep you from losing connection, unfortunately. Honestly, though - they bring such convenience that I'm still going to rate them 5 stars. I can easily store them so long as I have my keys - and I always do.
