I bought this to help record my dance fitness classes to use in marketing materials. This works great. It sticks to glass or mirrors really well and the arm movement can position GoPro in the right place to get a level shot.

It had a nice sturdy suction cup if you were using for a mount on a window in a car it is a little shaky but overall it is a good product

I am a professional cinematographer and bought a couple of these on the fly, because I needed a quick solution and these had decent reviews. Both failed in action, as I affixed them to glass surfaces and the suction gave-out a few minutes in. I did, however, then apply a very fine coat of Vaseline to the cup, and it then held fine for the duration. I did then have a little mess to clean up; but, it worked. Also, the smartphone I affixed could not be stretched out too far, or the goose neck part wouldn't hold the camera in place, but would droop. I adjusted the center of balance of the phone, extending straighter upward, and it held OK. It didn't perform exactly as advertised and as I expected; but, in the end, with some MacGyver ingenuity, it did the job.

Easy to use and works great. Stays suctioned to hockey arena glass very well even when someone gets checked into glass.

Used on the drive through Everglades. Got pic and scenery different angle than in vehicle. Could use an improved "lock" mech, but over all I like the product.

Works perfectly for what I was needing to do which was to give myself appropriate lighting for the side of my face that my office light doesn't shine on for conference calls. I got tired of looking like some sort of DC Villain. Good purchase and a good price for what it is.

I use this to stick my GoPro Hero 7 black onto my car windshield (interior). it holds the camera just fine and does not change position with any sudden movements in my car. it keeps the camera tucked away above the rear view mirror as well. Make sure it is secure though, it has fallen on me a few times but only because my windshield was dirty.

Holds tight to non porous surfaces, no vibration, easy to attach and remove.

So far, high quality product. Good hold on the suction, very adjustable. Fit for standard camera/video screw mount (I used this for both digital cameras and a Contour Action camera) and a Go Pro camera mount. Wish it included extra suction cups (for when the original wears) and a screw/stud to attach a camera directly to the suction mount without the arm.

It’s great. Fast to grab and setup, small enough to tuck in a picket. This is a great travel option. Love mounting it on the bathroom mirror to watch the morning news on my phone while I get ready. Especially when traveling.

This little thing doesn't look like much, but man is it handy. Bought it to go with a goPro and it's suction power is impressive. The locking suction cup gives peace of mind that it isn't going to fly off and gives a strong hold. Highly recommend, for small devices.

It’s stinks well and it holds even when you’re going fast but a little arms tent a band if you move too much but I have a GoPro fusion so it’s a little bit heavier than a regular GoPro so that may tend to add to the problem but in all it’s pretty good.

This thing is great for mounting a small camera on something like a window or similar. It will not hold a larger smartphone with the adapters by JOBY. I am not 100% impressed, but it does do the job in small ways for sure.

This arm works well on smooth hard surfaces. But if there is any grain or the surface is not completely solid then the suction cup won't work. My vehicle dashboards don't seem to work. Otherwise this is a great arm.

I originally got this to try to suction it to my RC rock crawler truck. It seems to be working so far. Works well with my gopro. I have used it in my life size truck also and worked out real well. Had a solid connection to my window and didn't move much.

I purchased both of these joby mounts and they are both better then the go pro branded ones they are easier to setup and get angles with. Don't hesitate to grab one or both. For the price you can bet both compared to the overpriced gopro one and it's a lot better quality the suction mount technology is totally different then anything else on the market.
