Don't buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I went to plug it into the usb port my computer wouldn't recognize it so I tried using the other computers in my home and they all couldn't recognize the mp3 player. I knew then it was the mp3 player and then I went to their web site and tried to get help and called the customer service number and I always got a pre-recorded message and said to leave your name and number but the message center was full so you couldn't do that. I gave up after 4 days of trying to call at different times but always the same thing. Don't buy any products from jwin!!!!
