Hose broken in 2 weeks, they dont even sell any parts, nothing. Customer service recommended us to just buy new vacuum because of the their faulty a dollar hose broken that fast. Do not recommend to my worst enemy. They should start designing from scratch, horrible. Better trash your money thru your windows.

Only thing I don’t like about the product is the vacuum head. You have to constantly pull out the hair out of the brush bristles. Also, it’s not very carpet friendly. Mainly has to be used on hardwood.

The carpet attachment does not have a moving brush therefore you have to manually scrub your carpet clean. The movement back and forth has heavy friction.

It was surprisingly simple to assemble and was used immediately after. We have a cat and a dog and now our furniture and rugs are hair free again! Great deal for a water vacuum with this great of a performance.
