I’ve owned it for about 6 months now and honestly I love it. I can raise it up and down to completely different heights to where it actually fits my desk. I can push out the arms so both of my small dogs can fit in it with me (no more of them fighting over space. It’s pretty heavy so be careful on lifting the box. But it’s in all seriousness a pretty sturdy chair and the wheels are nice on it too for moving around. You can also replace the wheels with different ones if you want for carpet. Also I love the foot rest and how you can move it out to different lengths. Also it’s great for crocheting blankets in when the arms go down. 10/10 recommend this chair for pet owners trying to play computer games and have pets in your chair with you or for people who crochet blankets.

This chair is insanely comfy. It took me maybe 45 minutes to put together by myself, and would likely have taken less time if I didn't have both wrist and back problems. Between the lumbar pillow and the fact that you can let the chair recline with you, it perfectly supports my back and spine which I've had trouble finding in the past, even with "ergonomically designed" chairs. The mechanism for folding the arms out is easy (pull in then push out to fold down - not explained in the manual but easy enough to figure out) and provides plenty of room for sitting sideways, folding your knees beside you, or having your pet sit next to you. I was a bit worried about balance issues when I first sat in it, like that it might tip if I leaned back too far or draped myself sideways across the chair, but I think I'd have to be trying to tip it to actually get it to tip. It's well cushioned. It looks and feels very high quality. I got it in burgundy and it is indeed a deep burgundy color. I'm 5'3 and the footstool is useable for me as such. I think if you were very tall it would be too short for you, but I think it's probably fine for folks that are average height or smaller. I'm about 240 lbs, most of it in my hips and behind, and I fit the chair comfortably. The height can be adjusted through a pretty reasonable range. I will say if you have stubby arms like me, be aware that you probably can't reach the lever to adjust the height and back while sitting so you may need a pal, lol. I genuinely don't think I've ever made a purchase that I was as pleased with as this chair. I'm buying another one soon because this one is so nice my partner keeps stealing it from me! Highly highly recommend, especially if you, like me, can't sit in a chair like a normal person for any extended period of time and/or also have cats or small dogs for coworkers.

I work from home and needed a new office chair. This chair is comfortable and holds up to pets (we have cats) and everything else. The adjustable arms is my favorite feature!

Easy to assemble by myself as a surprise birthday present for my husband; being able to adjust the sides and sit cross legged was the initial draw, but I was skeptical about the ‘pet friendly’ claim. To my shock our two rowdy cats haven’t raked their claws against this chair like they have all of our other furniture. It’s comfy, durable, and ergonomic 11/10!

We put our chairs through a lot and this has held up! Excellent for both of us- he has arms and support but I can sit cross-legged and fidget to my neurodiverse heart's content.

I really like this chair - used for a work chair but I love being able to cross my legs or lean back and stretch out. Only thing I don’t love is the foot rest - it doesn’t fit under the chair and I ended up removing it.

I'm a little under average height at 5'8", and the seat was so deep that that it hit the back of my knees, preventing me from sitting far enough back to get any back support even with the supplied (loose) lumbar pillow. The fabric is not "vegan leather;" instead, it is more like a heavier version of what you'd find in an inexpensive nylon backpack. Finally, the arms would not stay upright no matter how carefully I tried to move them into position. I disassembled it after trying it for a day and sent it back.
