Ease of use and makes great tasting coffee. Water dispenser can be moved from the left to right or placed behind unit depending on countertop space.

Love love love the new design! I don't have a ton of real estate available in my kitchen, each square inch counts. This new design is sleek and efficent! Love how you can decide where the water reserve goes. Easy one touch flip to move water resivour. Can program a timer to brew and has a digital clock display. No need for external coffe filters as it has it's own filter. Just pick your grounds, fill, brew! Can select pot or individual cup size. Also has an option for stronger brew. Easy to use, nice design, doesn't take up a ton of space!

Every feature is perfect. I bought this for full carafe of coffee. Iove the slow brew. The carafe does not keep the coffee warm for long. My last maker kept it hot all day. I would have given 3.5 if an option. If they will make a better carafe, it will be a perfect coffee maker

I've been working from home lately, and one of the things I missed from the office was the Keurig. I almost bought one of the small, single cup ones - but then I saw this one that has a K-Cup and regular drip basket combined! Brilliant! And it works great! We've had it about 2 months, it's sturdy, easy to use, makes great tasting coffee, and anytime during the work day I want just one cup - it's very easy to do that. Perfect!

I bought the Keurig-K-Duo Plus 12 Cup Coffee Maker ++ as a Christmas/Birthday present. He loves it! The only things it could improve upon is the temperature of the coffee - I prefer my coffee a higher temperature. Also, I purchased the universal re-useable coffee filter with the machine. The filter seems to brew weaker coffee ( with a generous amount of ground coffee ) than I like. If there is a trick to this - please post your experience.

I picked this coffee maker up today. After reading many, many reviews, I was a bit skeptical of ordering it. The reviews I read were mixed, but many complained of the coffee not being hot, the pot taking too long to brew, and not being able to figure out how to use a reusable pod for this. Putting it together was a little tricky. There isn’t much in the way of directions included. After about 20 minutes, it was all set up and ready to brew. I purchased the Keurig reusable pod to use with this, as that’s what Keurig recommends. Once I removed the adapter, and took the piece off the inside of the pod holder on the actual machine, the reusable pod went right in. The first coffee brewed was a 12 oz cup. The coffee was indeed hot, unlike other reviews stated. It tasted great, and took about two minutes to brew. Next up was the carafe. I’d seen reviews stating it took more than 30 minutes to brew. It took less than 10 minutes for a full carafe to brew. The coffee in the carafe stayed hot for more than 2 hours. I’m very glad I chose this particular model. It’s sleek design and water reservoir options take up minimal space. The option to brew a single cup or a carafe are options I’ve been dreaming of. The temperature of the coffee and added water filtration make the coffee taste so much better than the previous Keurig model I replaced. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase!

This is my 2nd one of the same model. The last one lasted over 8 years and saw probably 2 times that in usage. The urn keeps the coffee hot and fresh with the availability to also run pods when I want. Love this thing, you will not be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I love this coffee maker. If you want a cup of coffee you can use the k-pods. But if you need some extra coffee in the morning to get yourself going for the day it is nice to have the carafe option as well. Setup is pretty easy. You get to choose what side you want the water container (either on the left, right, or back). After that plug it in, set the time, and you're ready to go. For Coloradan (or high altitude people), you probably want to enable the High Altitude option for the coffee maker. I forget what button combination you need to press down to turn it on but it should be in the welcome manual that comes in the box. The carafe really does keep your coffee quite warm for a long period of time after it is done making the coffee. The carafe is not even hot to the touch. Which is a good indication that it is very well insulated. The brew cycle for the carafe does take longer than most (6 - 8 minutes) so its a good idea to run it before you start doing your morning rituals. Overall, pretty awesome coffee maker and we're glad we have it in our kitchen.

I have not discovered anything I do not like about this Keurig coffee maker. The ability to change the location of the water tank is great for fitting it into your space. The coffee maker fits under my kitchen cabinets but I have to pull it out from underneath to use the machine, so I have it in a tray that slides out for ease of use. From startup, heats fast and you get a single k-cup within 90 seconds.
