    GREAT LITTLE PRODUCT, ONLY ISSUE WAS THE WATER DID NOT GET VERY HOT FOR THIS SO IT QUICKLY WOULD COOL DOWN CAUSING FOR COLD COFFEE, TEA, OR HOT CHOCOLATE. NOT SURE IF WE JUST HAD A DEFECTIVE UNIT. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WORKED GREAT.

    This has got me through three years of college so far and it hasnt had a problem. At one point, some water got in it and it had some issues. But since it dried out, its been great again. I would definitely buy this again.
