I recently bought this model, & I've had to turn it over twice & stick a paper clip in it to allow the coffee to flow out-they need to improve this-when working ok , I love it-I just don't like the technical stuff-I would still recommend it with caution

Replacing a larger Keurig unit that had problems with roaches living inside. Check Google. Big, unresolved problem that Keurig knows about but can't fix. This one doesn't store water and maintain heat, so roaches are not attracted to it. Good job of avoiding problem. Makes coffee that is ready to drink. Not too hot.

Very happy with this coffee maker. I didn’t want water to sit in a reservoir so single cup at a time is perfect. The deep red color is very attractive. We’ve had two newer K-mini Plus models fail, so purchased this more proven style. Big hit!

Its a nice item to make individual cups of coffee!

I purchased this machine for my daughter in college. There might be a lot of lookalikes out there but Keurig is always the best choice. Warning though. Make sure you periodically clean the unit and check the needle that pierces the Kcup. It can get clogged.

I really like that each cup of coffee utilizes fresh water (no having water sit in the machine for unlimited time before you want a cup of coffee). It’s easy to use and although not instant, it has a short preparation time to heat the water. The coffee is delicious as your coffee choice.

The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is cause I use this machine for 2go cups and I have to remove the silver tray which makes the overall look kind of tacky... I know it's easy to place it back on but honestly 3 users all take coffee 2go, wish it was nicer on that... otherwise excellent!!

The unit is a bit bigger than I was expecting for a single serve unit, but fits nice on my credenza. It makes an ok cup of coffee no better our worse than the fancier Keurigs. The only minor complaint I have is that it's not speedy and takes more time than I'd like to kick out the first few drops.

Unfortunately, I purchase this and had to return the product because I needed a larger brewer. However, the brewer works just like the Keurig I purchase, except I get more delicious hot cups. Also, if you put the brewer on 4oz using to K cups, it's just like you are at Starbucks.

Our old full size Keurig finally broke and we only drink a few cups in the morning and really wanted to simplify and not deal with the tank and the upkeep. This works great and find our coffee tastes better now that we use the filtered water right away for each use.

anxious to give to my uncle for a gift. he is in a assisted living and will be the only one using it. Hopefully it will be easy to use as he is 87 years old. He lives in REdlands, Ca. They have a BEst Buy there so if there is a problem I can return to them.

This is the second one I purchased,the first one lasted 3 years with daily usage never a problem. After 3 years it gave up the ghost , I tried all the fixes on google , nothing worked. purchased a new one, if it lasts 3 years I will be pleased.

Great little K cup machine, they changed the unit so it no longer has a way of measuring the amount of water you put in, you measure by knowing what size your cup is. Not bad especially if you get it on sale for $70. Not worth the $100 regular price.

Although, this serves the purpose of making the coffee, I am not impressed. Knowing exactly when it is filled is the problem. There is no visual for water reservoir. For this reason, consistent leakage happens.

Purchased this so i could finally check out this k cup that everyone raves about. I like that you have a lot of choices of product. The machine is very small i wish it was taller to accommodate my larger cups. But other than that it works great

This is my second single serving Keurig. It is perfect for guests who want a special hot drink or for those times you want a cup of coffe but don’t need a full pot. It is always ready to go on my kitchen counter.

This is my third Keurig single brewer. (I just plain wore the other two out - wife and I drink tons of coffee.) Never have any real problems and , most of all, we enjoy having a fresh brewed cup of coffee every time.

I bought this for my wife to use in her office. So far, she tells me it's working as expected. She really likes the compact design as it saves space and is very convenient.
