Purchased this because it was white. The first machine was very difficult to connect to WiFi. We have EERO and a good internet connect. The machine at some point started to smell like wires burning and the liquid display stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer who stood behind the product and shipped out a new one. The new one they shipped would not connect to WiFi and stopped working complete. I have never experienced a product that is this terrible. Save your money. Purchase a different model. We have other Keuigg and never had this kind of issues.

Love my Keurig I am especially please with the smart app for my machine I set my coffee to be ready and as strong as I like it. I have recommended it to all of my friends.

This is the worst Keurig I have ever bought. I have been extremely satisied with the ones I have bought in the past and have recommended them to others. Not sure I will do so in the future. It has a hard time determining if it has a pod in it or not. Sometimes it says it does when it doesn't and vice versa. Definite waste of 100+ dollars.

Makes great coffee but wont consistently stay attached to the internet so cant always use those wifi features.

Went through a lot of hurdles to troubleshoot the Wi Fi connections for a few weeks. Decided to replace the coffee maker with a new one. Hopefully there isn't a hardware problem. If everything runs smoothly then I will give it a better review.
