We really liked the style and features of this coffeemaker, however it appears to make larger cups of coffee than what we're looking for. The pot is very heavy and hard to manipulate when full. Probably not a good choice for seniors, like my wife and I.

This coffee maker is wonderful! It lets you choose the strength of your coffee and it tastes great! It comes with a washable gold filter! It looks so sleek and everyone just loves the way it sits in my kitchen.

...though not the best I’ve ever owned. It’s programmable and makes a decent cup of coffee, which are the important things. However, it switches off automatically after two hours (I’d prefer longer) and you can’t switch it on to reheat a jug without adding more water (I’d rather you could) although I fully understand that many people would not share my preferences. These minor considerations aside, it’s a good product.

I used to own a Keurig because it was “convenient” until it would slow down and I would have to waste water and time cleaning. This machine has been perfect. Brews coffee fast and no more wasting water.

I owned a KitchenAid for 15 years the hotplate went out so I went out and purchased another I’m sure I’ll get as many years out of this I love it

I especially like the 'small-batch' feature: you don't have to make twelve cups of coffee all the time, you can make four, six or eight. The machine also rings to let you know that the coffee is done.
