The product was poorly constructed. The corners not finished correctly the insulation is coming out of every area possible both the fridge and the freeze. The freeze light stopped working and frosted over everything in the freezer.

This was not the refrigerator we wanted to buy, but our refrigerator had died and it was the only one available for delivery soon enough. I was not happy that it did not have water and ice on the outside of the door, But, now that we've had it for a while, I see that it's not really much trouble to take out the ice and water from inside the refrigerator and the good thing is that there is always much more ice available than when we had it on the outside. Also, we see that things are laid out inside in a very practical way and there seems to be much more room for items than we first realized. In fact, my only complaint is that the fruit and vegetable drawers, which are very roomy, could slide in and out a bit more smoothly. To make up for that, I love how, when you pull out the meat tray, the top opens up and you can reach things in the back much more easily than with our old meat tray. I'm also happy that even though we previously had 7 door shelves and now we only have 6, they are bigger and hold even more. And, finally, the best part is that our vegetables and milk are staying fresh longer than with our old refrigerator. Our conclusion is that we have ended up being very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this KitchenAid product.

Amazing fridge! We were pressed to find a fridge that would fit in our space that had all the other matching appliances. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s quiet, super cold and looks amazing!

This fridge replaced my 20 year old Roper with traditional layout - white - freezer on top fridge on bottom. The French door design is pretty nice if you can remember which side you stored something. The convenience drawer makes it so you have to open both doors at once, but again works pretty well – I sort of wish that it was designed split as well. I would say that the door trays are a little less substantial than I would prefer, but work pretty well (for instance, I accidentally knocked on one of the upper trays from the bottom and almost dislodged it - but I'm getting used to it, and it is nice that they can be removed and washed. The fridge seems to be keeping my produce and other items nicely - they last a lot longer than in my old fridge. Also, It's doing a great job with the ice - nice and filtered - so no fridgey smell. The two gripes I have with this thing are 1. the water dispenser on the inside left hand side of the fridge shoots out water in a very strong stream, and often the water splashes out of the glass and spatters – especially if you’re using a smaller/shallower glass. There should be control over the pressure (especially since you have to use two hands anyway to hold the cup and press the internal button - couldn't KitchenAid have just made it a lever, dial or something like that?), and there should be something to catch the spattering water, instead of it just spattering on the inside of the fridge (although the spattering is not that much - it's a design flaw). 2. When you open the doors independently, and then close them, the right hand door works really smoothly and always closes. The left hand door (which in this model is the smaller of the two) has an integrated 'piano' latch that's spring loaded to aid in sealing the French door design. If you don't close the door with a specific force, and speed, sometimes the door won't close fully, or sometimes, because of the way it's designed, will pop open the other door and leave it slightly ajar (at least the fridge has a door alarm – even though it takes a few minutes to sound). But generally, if you conscientiously close the doors, they work well. The water tastes great.

It's pretty, lots of organized storage, works perfect so far. One door shelf was cracked so I called the factory and they are shipping out another one, no problem. Happiness.

This refrigerator fits our needs very well. We had to work with limited space and it fits the area perfectly. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator. Only negative comments would be that the the freezer is quite small and it easily shows fingerprints.

I love the look of this fridge along with my other new Kitchenaide appliances in my remodelled kitchen. The guys came and installed my fridge. The handles are not tight and I was told this was a manufacturer problem... not good for the price paid! I am planning to call and see if new handles could be installed for an improvement.

We needed a 33" wide fridge. This fit the bill. Quiet, sleek. Lots of ice, but small cubes. Water inside fridge is nice but wish you could operate with one hand. Overall very pleased.

we previously had a KitchenAid 25 cubic foot fridge that needed replacement after 12 years. The control module needed replacement. We chose the smaller model as 22.1 cubic feet was enough for the two of us. It fits better in the space. The delivery and installation process was very good. The only complaint we have is that the drawers do not go as smoothy in and out as our prior KA model.

We just purchased this fridge. It is very nice and I love the interior. The only complaint I have is that I wish it was fingerprint resistant. I originally was going to get a fridge that was fingerprint resistant but I really wanted Kitchen Aid but they do not do this. Other than that I love it so far.

This refrigerator has terrific space for only 33 inches wide. Both my husband and I are pleased with its looks, the space, and the nice size freezer also with the pull out baskets. As someone with arthritis, It is a delight to not have to bend way down to look for something inside. We had checked out many refrigerators to fit into a relatively small space and this one not only worked, but looks great too.

I replaced a very old, but much beloved, KitchenAid fridge with this new version... Much to my surprise, and delight, I really love this fridge and have been very happy with it! It keeps stable temps for freezer and fridge, actually has a lot more room than I anticipated, and the finish is a dream to keep nice. Very pleased!

Obviously I got a lemon. We were pleased initially and but the control panel died after 3 days of having the refrigerator. I just cannot give it a higher rating. I suppose things happen but very disappointed in Kitchen Aid - "top of the line" ........ We have been with out a fridge for 4 days now - apparently Best Buy cannot get us a loaner unit today (they really have not been accommodating or helpful) and I will not receive the replacement fridge until Christmas Eve.
