nice frig. looks good. interior lights are nicely bright. ice maker makes well formed cubes. some issues: 1. seems to be the same frig as (slightly) cheaper whirlpool brand. 2. you can set freezer and frig temperature with control panel, but the display does not report actual freezer or frig temperatures. it is silly to have to buy thermometers for this appliance.

We just bought our Fridge at Best Buy! Sales person was superb! The fridge & Freezer keeps things cold. Ice maker is great. Quiet, exceptional interior lighting!!! Clear glass shelving makes it easy to view items!!!! The only negative Needs ONE MORE Door Shelving unit.

This is a great refrigerator. It has an industrial look and is well lite on the inside. The ice machine is a little slow but that does not take away from the products overall functionality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious side by side refrigerator.

In looking at the other reviews before buying the fridge, I was a bit hesitant. However, I found the fridge has enough storage for the space I am limited to. The lighting is amazing and really brights up the full area, regardless of how well it is filled. However, there are 2 issues which I have noticed within owning the fridge for 2 days. 1. The ice maker is extremely slow! It is still not up to full capacoty, or anywhere near it, even though it has been running for the 2 days. 2. As mentioned in other posts the fridge door swings open and has no limitations, u til it reached that complete 180 degree. Although the fact that is opens itself to the full is great, I have noticed that if things are in the drawers, they do move around a little bit. With this in mind, I still like the fridge and am very happy I purchased it. I did get the 5 year warranty, just in case anything does happen, and would def recommend it to anyone else that purchases it, just in case anything wrong does happen with it in the somewhat near future. We purchased a Samsung which was very noisy (we tried two). The KitchenAid was admirably quiet. However, the doors could not be leveled even though they sent a tech to re-level them. Also, the doors were not evenly matched across the front. One door stuck out about one-quarter inch more than the other. This could not be fixed. They sent out a replacement and it was just as bad. The refrigerator door did not seal properly. The “open” light would go out but the door was not sealed. The shelves could not really be adjusted very well. If you moved a shelf it hit the trays on the door. Junk. I would not recommend to an enemy let alone a friend.

My refrigerator was limited to only side by side models, so after 3-4 months of looking at nearly every available model my family and I decided this was the best option. PROS: Spacious inside, cabinets don’t have a cheap feeling to them, in door water dispenser has measure fill, and the handles on the fridge are awesome (textured feel is nice). CONS: There is only one major flaw for me family with this fridge, the ice maker is slow and makes a small amount of ice per batch. Overview: This fridge is a great side by side and would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have the need to always be dispensing ice or has a large family who needs a larger than average amount of ice for meals.

Doors are unequal across the front of the machine. New frig sent out bu Best Buy had the same problem. Was advised to have whirlpool tech correct the problem. He arrived and was unable to correct the problem. We were told to just accept the the doors as is.

Quiet, keeps food nice and cold, bright lights inside. The ice maker works just fine and makes plenty of ice for 3 adults. Only complaint is it could use another door shelf and costs $150 to buy an extra shelf.

i have had other stainless steel fridges, but this one specifically shows the fingure marks and look older than it is already. Some stainless steel fridges have a protection layer that does not show the fingure prints so much!!

Great refrigerator! Plenty of space. Was tired of the "french door" freezer which ended up being just a place to dump freezer items with no organization.

I don't know if just my luck but left door did not close well or adjacent to the right door geek squads came as took 1 look at it and say NOT FIXABLE I expect a lot from this brand

Quiet, spacious and works great. Solid product would highly recommend.

Lots of space. No issues. Crisper drawers are large and deep for extra space. Wine rack is a plus

So efficient. Cannot believe we got more refrigeration capacity in the small space. Excellent cooling. Love the water/ice smart screen - measuring water is so easy now, don't need measuring cups! Well organized shelves and drawers. Super easy to replace the water filter.

I like this refrigerator has a lot of room in it looks great in my kitchen

The Kitchenaid side by side 24.8 inches refrigerator looks nice and roomy. I like the led lights inside.

We replaced a GE Artic refrigerator that we had 15 years old with this one which was is a just a little smaller but we like the look and quality of the KitchenAid brand so far. Makes nice ice cubes and easy to use water/ice dispenser controls. Easy to find items in the refrigerator the with LED lighting on long each side. I would by again..

Even though my refrigerator arrived with a couple of dents, Best Buy made it right! Love the lighting inside and with the ice maker on the door, so much more room inside. NOTE: Owner of delivery company, Dante and Service Representative (not sure of title) Andy were excellent!!!
