Lots of room, ice maker and cold water, goes with other appliances purchased.

This fridge was beautiful, super sturdy and spacious and we loved it. The challenges started just a few weeks in when it stopped cooling. Repair company came out and replace some thermostor part or something they said fails in all their new fridges. A year later something else froze. Another year went by and the compressor completely died. 2.5 years after purchasing. Because of Covid, no compressor available, new fridge took 3 months to arrive which is a GE which was NOT my first choice.

I love my new fridge, it's bright, spacious; just a little too noisy.

I would recommend my kitchen aid but more importantly I love the service from Best Buy from start to finish

currently have a kitchen-aid refrigerator that was purchased in 1991 when we built our house.

This is replacing a Samsung unit that looked similar but it only lasted 5 years. This Kitchen Aid seems much higher quality. Love the fact this unit uses separate cooling units for frig/freezer. It is worth the extra money. So far so good with this purchase.

It is still new, but here is what I noticed. It seems a lot bigger then the old freezer of the same size since they moved the ice maker to the door. Also with multiple (or a different style) vents in the fridge this one doesn't freeze things in the fridge

The inside has a lot of room. Love the wine shelf!

Bought this to replace our 25 year old Kitchen Aid, that we left in our previous house (still running). So far this unit is living up to the high standard set by our previous frig.

Got this as part of a remodel so right now it's doing its job in the garage. It's worked great since the we plugged it in, with enough room for all our food and two gallons of milk. Only complaint is one of the door shelves came cracked so I have to get that replaced.

I love that the refrigerator is so well lit inside, now no one in my family can complain that they can't find anything

Ordered refrigerator in Feb 2019. Delivered in April 2019. On the blink since May 2019. This is the middle of September 2019. Problem: (1) Heavy Ice build up on the refrigerator side at the bottom rear. (2) Kitchen Aide (KA) does not have the replacement part in stock (3) one year warranty Kitchen Aide will not ( I think they should extend the warranty because the refrigerator has not operated properly and still they have not fixed the current problem in a reasonable time) extend the warranty period, and they will do no further repair once they supposedly fix this problem because they say they offered us another refrigerator( that does not fit our kitchen and is of lower stowage capacity, or a MayTag refrigerator kind of a look a like of lesser value). We are told the best buy extended warranty we purchased does not go into effect until the KA warranty expires. So we have a new refrigerator that spoils our food with no fix in sight and a not so redeemable warranty. Purchased KA to have matching up scale kitchen equipment . Upset in Virginia Beach!

I NEVER had an issue with Best Buy until this purchase. We are huge fans of the store and all our electronics we buy them here. But this purchase has really got in my nerves. We got this refrigerator at a Best Buy Outlet. Little we knew that whatever appliance you buy at the outlet is NOT RETURNABLE. We got it in October, and the same was delivered in November, and was plugged in the 23rd of December which was the date we moved in into the house. Since that day everything has been a nightmare with the fridge. It has never worked properly and the worst part is that Best Buy tells me that I can't return it. I called Geek Squad to get it repaired and they told me that it has to go thru Whirlpool / KitchenAid. KitchenAid has been 4 times in my house already in the last 4 weeks and still don't work. I'm very disappointed on how Best Buy has handle this case since all I've been asking is to return that fridge so we can get another one at the store.

Smaller than we thought, have had for almost 2 yrs. ice maker is noisy but you get used to it. Interior hardware/ shelves drawers aren’t up to kitchen aid standard. Painted metal that rubbed off....drawers cheaply made. Two Of them Broke after about a year. Looks nice on the outside. Expected better from the brand. Works good, keeps food fresh/ cold..but I Wouldn’t buy this one again.

If you are like me and you don't like the new style fridge/freezer on the bottom units then this is a great fridge. Proper controls and dispensers out front. Easy to get bottles underneath the water stream and great fit and finish

The drip tray for the water & ice dispenser seems very cheap for such an expensive refrigerator. Upon delivery the amount of super adhesive tape inside the fridge and freezer was crazy and a lot to clean up.

So far this fridge has been perfect! Love the lighting inside and it reallyy keeps strong odors out! Hopefully it will continue to perform the way it has so far!!

Fridge fits the space and looks good. Water filter is easy to change. The Best Buy installers were great-it was a difficult install and they did a great job.

We were looking for the largest-capacity refrigerator possible for a relatively small space and this fit the bill. As expected, everything works great -- refrigeration, freezing, ice making, filtered water and so on. The gravy, however, is how much room there is inside. PLENTY of room. One suggestion when setting up is to make sure your door shelves do not touch your cabinet shelves. Even the slightest contact will keep the door from closing properly.
