I have no issues and the product is really better than I expected

We love our refrigerator, easy convenient use. Very pretty

This product makes intermittent loud noise. It was suggested that it was the compressor but the repair man wasn't sure. I am sending it back and hoping for a better replacement. I have always been happy with Kitchenaid so was very disappointed with this one.

What can I say.....The food is cold and the freezer freezes...

This item hasn't worked since February of 2019 and I've been making appointments that have been cancelled or no-shows since then. I've been placed on hold and hung up on more times than I care to know. I've e-mailed, tried chatting online, and continued to call daily with no resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The space and lighting is perfect. Everything functions as expected. No issues after several months of use so far. I'm happy with my purchase.

Ice maker broke multiple times, water seeping through the edge of electrical panel. Very disappointing with quality. Interior cheaply made including the drawers.

I purchased this unit in Oct. 2014 when my old Kitchen-aid refrigerator went out. Since then, the unit has had 5 repairs done to it. Two repairs were covered under the product warranty(with-in a year from purchase date) and 3 under the extended warranty (cost about $300 for 3 years). I purchased the extended warranty after it broke the second time. Lemon law does not cover this product until it breaks 4 times under the same warranty!!!! (Should get it replaced SOON) The unit has great lighting, ice machine and water dispenser works excellent and the shelving worked well for us but overall this refrigerator is not worth the trouble. If you still want this refrigerator, make sure you purchase the extended warranty and have a spare unit to put all your food in because each repair took a week to two weeks for the parts to come in after the technician came out to work on it. I do want to mention that I have the Kitchen-aid stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher also in my kitchen and all work excellent. I guess this refrigerator was just a bad product. At first I really liked this fridge, however it has had so many problems that I really regret the purchase. Within 1 year of buying it the items in my fridge started freezing, and I called a repairman out. He replaced something between the fridge and freezer to regulate cold flow, and it has been ok since then. The water dispenser often freezes and does not work. Also 3 of the drawers have broken. When the first one broke I bought a replacement one, and within a couple of months that one had broken too. I have repaired them all with duct tape. I am so done with this fridge.

Worst refrigerator EVER. Got this delivered brand new to my house just under 1 yr ago. This week will be the THIRD repair visit...in its first year! Problems with ice maker, problems with temperature. Etc. Thank goodness I bought an extended warranty for 5 yrs with this thing. It's a nightmare. Will never buy Kitchenaid again.

Have owned rwo of these refrigerators in past five years. In both cases a whirtpool repair person claimed each was defective from manufacture. Result: we had to eat it!! We continue using the second refrigerator with concerns each day that it could ve the last!!

I bought this fridge in June of 2017. This was a pretty unit. I bought the upgraded capacity too, because of our family of 5 and that has worked well for us. However, the looks did not last long - at least on the inside. All of the drawers and shelves have a "stainless" finish on the trim that have started wearing away. I'm not one to clean my fridge often, so I'm not sure why that paint is wearing away. It looks terrible. Also, the snack drawer face has broken off so now I have to spend $75 to replace the entire drawer - and I don't even think it will have the stainless trim finish (not that it matters it will wear away apparently). Secondly, the ice maker is poor. Believe the other reviewers when they say ice takes forever. I really have not had good luck when it comes to ice makers when they are in the door. I really wish the manufacturers would go back to ice inside the freezer instead of inside the door. It just doesn't work. Lastly, I am CONSTANTLY having to adjust the right door to get level with the left door. I have never had this issue before. I've sort of given up and now my freezer door and fridge door are never level with each other. It looks crappy. I spent probably $1000 more on this fridge that I should have because I thought I was getting a higher end unit. For the most part it works fine, but all in all not worth the heavy price tag.

In two and a half years, we've had two icemakers on this fridge and serviced it half a dozen times. Then two weeks ago we noticed that the temp in the fridge was very warm. Turns out temperature gage was freezing up and telling the computer that the fridge was too cold. Repairman spent over an hour on the phone with kitchen aid's tech people and they couldn't figure out why it was doing that. They suggested some other parts, but if those don't work, they said nothing could be done and I'd need a new fridge. Service man cleaned it off, said it should hold for 2-3 weeks while he ordered the parts. Parts were here in less than a week. During that week I noticed that the fridge cooled down to the perfect temperature in the middle of the day then warmed up in the evening and was still warm in the morning until about midday. When repairman came back with the new parts he said the fridge was registering at 60 degrees and the entire inner computer system was shot and the new parts wouldn't help it. Nothing is covered by warrenties.

i have had mine 3 years, and have had the repairman three times. I have ice behind the drawers, the fan sounds like an airplane, and it is nearly impossible to move on the crappy wheels.

Great kitchen appliance. This is the send one we bought. Make sure you have the address where the reliance repair person is close. The nearest repair company may be far away.
